This is like buyout on open market, shareholders can value it now. It then closes par value. Have seen this before. Buyers/ holders push up the price, and buyer out has to pay more to take control, or he loses the vote. They have said seek professional help if selling to them shares to them. If it closes par value 20p for augment sake , if they win the vote, then sellers will be done by, but they may not win the vote if buyers/ holders hold - as they won't have enough shares. They are willing to pay that's for sure, they paid 4.90p today day1.
