WHEN the price rises ... Looks like the Wimbledon special is in already ... That's a good sign

Hi Danny I know that but some were speculating that some warrants were exercised today which I doubt as there was a buy around that amount ... As I have already mentioned warrants are dilutive as they are issued by the company and not through the market ... But my question remains ... Why have they exercised their rights so early, it's not like they need the money... so what's the reason?

I'm still trying to get my head around why the HNWI would exercise their warrants this early (if in fact they have) ... It's not for the money they aren't short of a Bob or two and they could have exercised their rights for a much higher profit when the SP rises higher ... and although it could be for voting rights, in retrospect I've now started to doubt that as their holdings are not that big even if they combined ... Is it something to do with qualifying for the innovation fund? ... I'm struggling with valid reasons ... Any ideas?

Utah sadly I don't think s/he is a shareholder ... his/her sole intent is to annoy and disrupt ... unfortunately they exist across the board ... (pun intended) ... it's just a sad fact of life on BBs ... I have experienced much much worse on other BBs ... believe me this one is quite tame compared to some ... I can quite get my head around why some are so bitter and twisted

As far as I can remember warrants are generally issued by the company and they are traded over-the-counter rather than through a stock exchange but my memory may be playing tricks.

I just wish the bickering would end though
