Usually an RNS is sent regarding the fact negotiations are underway. Then if the TO terms are approved the share is suspended until the deal is settled ... 3 or 4 weeks. When the share is suspended it shows as 0p so it can be a bit nerve wracking.

Good afternoon all.
I have contacted my broker regarding the investor codes that are requied to vote at the AGM. They have replied that "there is no individual investor code assigned to your name as all investments held on our platform are under our nominee name. However, please confirm your vote and we will send it on to the company." Question is: will be know what we will be voting for in time before the AGM to let them know? Regards Mafuta.

I stayed away from my monitor today, I was getting sea sick. Good to see the price fight back a bit this afternoon. Yes plenty skulduggery going on ... see the last trade .... cheeky beggars. I reckon someone big is loading up cheaply. Crooked Market Monkeys. :o{

No rumours except that MM's love small cap AIM stocks as they can manipulate the prices easily for a quick gain all under the guise of making a market. Should be outlawed. Roll on SETS.

When you look at the worldwide infection rates of COVID ... (not sure how up to date the figures are) but to date 59.2m cases 37.9m recoveries and 1.4m deaths. Sadly nothing can be done for those who have lost their lives but for the 37.9m recoveries, they will be suffering medium to long term effects. This is where SAR comes in IMO. Regards Mafuta.

Andy i'm just saying the Covid connection has not done well for SAR, the COVID grant size was a drop in the bucket anyway IMO hardly worth going for as the value is elsewhere. I know very well that the company has value apart from Covid, but sorry to say the market has got it wrong but that is not my assumption at all, that's why I'm still rather heavily invested. Just a bit sore to see 10 days steady gains wiped out today. Perhaps my use of the word bandwagon was a bit harsh!

Looks like Covid related pharmas are getting hammered today. Sometimes wish SAR hadn't jumped on that bandwagon. But things will settle down. what we need is some news.

Spreadex are never good news for any SP. A bodgeit and scarper outfit IMO.

Exactly. The SP sat flat at 1.725 the whole afternoon on relatively low volumes then it tanked at the close. Blatant manipulation IMO.
