Its not uncommon to get a placing at a discount and as a "reward" for writing off debt. I know its a huge discount but that's the way the financial world works I'm afraid. I wouldn't be overly concerned at a 1.4% dilution, especially when you consider they have written debt off. GLA Mafuta

What that means is the new shares will cause a filution of about 1.4% of total shares in issue but importantly debit is written off in favour a new shareholding in the company. IMHO this is positivr news.
