By your logic PVR should be worth $332m + considering barryroe (discount $1 per barrel) is proven but they are only valued at 35m. Why??? Its all about the funding...

you said the field is not oil producing stop twisting it now, but in that past it has produced near 1000bopd in from tlp101. we need to drill the mengo and djeno horizon to prove it up, ENI and SOCO the adjacent fields both have produced from the djeno horizon with fishbone technique, seismic is showing positive charge with pressure its likely oil and gas.

Vince Providence is not relevant, that has offshore assets. Providence has much more licenses offshore than GBP, they have few prospect which have over 1bn barrels of oil in place, they have 1c reserves of 332m boe in barryroe, yet there mkt cap is 35m with over 20m in cash. Can you explain that? Had GBP license been onshore then this was a strong buy. They would require 4m to drill and not 40m-50m.

Jim What, TLP 101 is producing 48bopd, in the past it was producing close to 1000bopd. What are you on about not a producing field. R1,R2 ,mengo and Djeno all have hydocarbon with positive pressure, it just that new fracking techniques have come out and have made possible to extract oil when in 2007 it wasnt. AAOG website"The seismic material indicates that the Djeno Sands have high volumes of reserves, and the presence of hydrocarbons in the AAOG block is confirmed with conventional flow rates. I told you PVR have large offshore assets in Irish sea one of their asset Barryroe has proven oil, their mkt cap is still close to their cash value. Its very hard to raise funds for offshore projects, i dont believe your estimate of 1BN barrels of oil will be in place, more like 500m barrels, with that considering its not proven i cant see them getting a partner and most likely lose their license as they dont have the funds to drill. They have to drill one well and do 3d seismic in 2018.
