So gbp require 3d seismic for the area, they hoping the farmee will do that. If they don't get farmee then gbp will be forced to do it themselves or else lose license. 3d seismic will be very expensive for the company and cash will fast disappear...

Tilapia field has proven hydrocarbons, don't know why you think it will fail. If a proven field has no chance then offshore drill from gbp out of question...
