60% of share capital is owned by institutions, gbp 44% owned by 3 directors.. Here directors have no one to answer too...

It listed on exchange at 20p 8 months ago.. :-) We know the issue their it's the rig, what's the issue been here for last 4 years. Note: non of those director took 500K per annum, they have only took 25% of wages until they reach targets. That's fair, maybe some goodwill here from director..

Vince, look at those institutions that are holding aaog, how many hold gbp?

It was you that mentioned pancontinental who got farmout last year, in same area as gbp. Why did they get one and gbp didn't? Oil prices and appreciate different for them?

Where have I lied? You explain to me why a small exploration company has been valued under cash for over 3 years? The last two years audited accs show the top two directs each taking over 500K, what have they done? Last year they admit they failed to get farm in partner. If you going on about CPR will be good and all of sudden this company will start getting institutions on board that is very unlikely... CPR is late...

You say what the directors have done wrong? 2013 the sp was 9p now it's 2.2p. Why are they on a good wage packet, why not take a payout until they do something constructive. The own 44% this means no one can vote them out... Gravy train still has some miles left...

There's another one, ged they hAve changed their name to naut, but they trading heavily under cash. That's a fishy company. All I'm saying there is a reason why some of these companies remain valued under cash. What's to stop gbp directors increasing there wages even though they have achieved nothing. They owe 44% of company no one can stop them...

Vince I'm not stalking you, you keep mentioning back by cash and I've told you that's really strange for a small cap oil exploration company for over 3 years, on top of that directors getting nice packAge to do nothing for shareholder value..

Earlybird say the seismic payment came out in June and not when it was finished. Remember in 2018 they will not drill so another $2.5m cash burn. Company will heavily rely on farm in....

You keep mentioning backed by cash, 3 years ago cash levels were 2 times the mkt cap. Now the cash is fast declining and the same as mkt cap. A simple question, how can a oil exploration company trade under cash for such a long time in aim mkt, this is really odd. Two director receiving $1m per annum for last 2 years. It doesn't concern you that no institutions own over 3% of share.

Vince Why are the directors getting paid so much for doing nothing in the past 3 years? Not all aim directors are greedy some take a reduce cut and take wages in shares. At least in current scenario they could have taken pay cut, with them holding 44% of share capital one cannot do nothing, maybe this is the reason why no institution are holding over 3%. Let's just say that the CPR is good I just can't see it rally other than a morning rise of 30% and next few days settling down to what it is now. Management has totally lost credibility for this stock. Just tell me how can an exploration company trade under cash for over 3 years, directors have failed in their duty promoting the stock...

Read rns of GLOBAL ENERGY DEVELOPMENT PLC, the old name. This company and harkin lent money and they bought these rust bucket vessels. Naut then bought the rust buckets. Interesting the chairman of naut use to work for Harken energy in past..

Three years ago gbp had over $16m in bank, the last two years both top dog directors got paid over $500K each, what for? Now as of June this year they have only $6.8m, where is the money going. Directors own over 40% of share capital no one can challenge them, lifestyle run business.. Something has to be done...

How long will this cash last if they are going nowhere, last year they failed to get partner to farm in. I repeat last 3 years trading under cash in bank, doesn't that concern you one bit. How can a oil explorer go that long trading under cash. You should ask bod tough questions..
