Further to the announcement of 18 January 2018, Steelmin Limited ("Steelmin") advises that it hopes for fund drawdown under its new Structuring and Placing Agreement with a Luxembourg investment vehicle early in February 2018. Following drawdown, Red Rock would be repaid all amounts outstanding from Steelmin.

Steelmin intends to produce 29000t of ferrosilicon from the reconditioned furnace per annum, 1 ton of ferrosilicon can be sold for $1550, so do the maths, this will be in production in mid march.. RRR got 22% of this company, fantastic deal..

graphitetech i cannot understand these two blokes, they cant be short on this stock i dont know why they on here daily deramping it. Steelmin, imho is great asset , till jan 2017 they spent 11m euros on the assets, they needed additional capital to complete the reconditioning of the furnace, along came RRR and happily lent 4.4m euros. Steelmin company is certainly worth more than $4.4m, i think once its in production doesnt matter what capacity it starts at i believe the company will be worth in excess of 40m euros. Current mkt cap of rrr is just too low... The current loan they have from us is really expensive, this is why they have negotiated a new one.

MrMagic The cobalt asset will be crown jewel... You really need to look at the steelmin asset, its worth something...

Magic I could understand if the mkt cap was 15m and steelmin hadn't paid, but mkt cap is less than 5m. Commodity prices have increased and the value of company will increase. Steelmin will pay up next month.. IMHO...

OK, magic have your day.. Steelmin furnaces use to be in production prior to Bosnian war, they were sold on and are currently being reconditioned to be put back into production. The first furnace is expected to be in production in March, with sales of over Eur$40m and ebitda$10m, commodity prices have increased.22% of that is surely over 10m.... Nothing sinister has happened, both parties know the terms and it can get extended to another 8 months, every month they don't pay us we get another 1% of company. The loan we gave them is secured against the furnaces. We can pay our lenders by Jupiter shares we own... Mr Magic start bringing in admin cost of 600K that is yearly cost not monthly.. RRR still expect steelmin to pay in early Feb, so it's not long.. Have your fun magic, I still don't know why you so sad...

Why was the placing at a significant discount if it's expecting large contracts?

MrMagic I think you are getting confused, the easiest thing will be to uses the steelmin fund, if that doesn't happen then they will use Jupiter dividends and selling 25% of their shares in Jupiter once listed.. You don't need to worry Jupiter deal will happen...

no the deadline for DD to be completed was 31st jan, considering we have had no rns saying they would like to increase the dd appearance one can speculate they may go for the deal.

If no RNS tomorrow then the deal is going through, 30,000 metric tonnes, 1 tonne is sold for upto $80k. That will surely add value to the company apart from the obvious assets.

They haven't bought back 6%? Why bother wasting your time on this stock you have no interest?

Ab Go and invest in ftse100 Co, they will give u plenty of dividends.. lol

This is the reason why they are buying back shares, 6% of share capital, but they finding it difficult to buyback 6% so they can sell to market once relisted.
