Brannberg Gold Project11 Dec 2018 14:07
Really cant get my head around how the market has valued this company at tiny 2.6m. Eris farmed out the gold project in return Centerra Gold would pay $1m in capital to explore and receive a 51% interest. If they wish to take further 19% then they will have to pay eris further $2m.
Centerra Gold is valued over $1.6 billion should they find commercial gold resource i dont think they will have any issue to put this into production.
Eris have 2.6m euros in the bank equivalent to £2.2m, they also own 100% license for zinc/copper/silver project in Ireland, recently had some successful drillholes. Currently drilling from old mine to link the new find.
So in conclusion, the mkt has valued eris at £400k (if you take away the cash), with a farmed out gold license and 100% owned zinc license. Can wait for this to rerate.
