In Jarfarli c37 was drilled in 2008 by Socar and only produced 5bopd but a nearby well few km away produced 700bopd from the same zone(middle eocene) in 1986, why the big difference in flow rates?

This upper cretaceous zone looks really interesting if the find oil here, confident they can increase production significantly.
