The company has stated if they dont get sales in the next few month then a raise is likely. Those days of 150p will be gone with the dilution.

It is clear from these numbers that if sales are not forthcoming in the next few months then the Company will need additional cash to continue as a going concern and one likely source of that cash would be an equity fund raise.
