You only get license to exploit if you can prove up a resource, they havent done this, tanzania will require more work is done by he1.

Why has He1 got assumption they need ml before they can explore more. It doesnt make sense..

It very difficult to extract with water, Qatar extracts helium from gas.

However pure gas form ie uninflammable is better like Pulsar Helium. :-), the company with the highest grades in world..

A company which has applied for a Mining License and cant confirm a resource estimate to shareholders is a red flag im my view.

I still think ML is conplex paper, i bet they will request more documents. ML will not be our before christmas else HE1 wouldnt have gone on buying a useless asset in usa.

Why are the directors afraid to give internal estimates for the resource in rukwa? They happy to give one for the US asset...

Take Pulsar Helium as example, they drilled one well in feb 2024 and got independant report confirming $2.5bn worth of Helium and CO2. Now they have deepened the reservoir by 600 meters and drilling a step out well they will inform mkt of resource increase in april.

Why hasnt he1 inform mkt about estimate resource?

just told you it will take at least 14 months to get ML permit. Its a long process in Tanzania.

No wonder directors don't have a stake in the company because they love to raise cash like confetti.

ML process in Africa is not a easy process but especially in Tanzania, they will not fast track the process, i believe it will take around 14 months, how many months gone?

The only listed company I know applied for ML in Tanzania it took them 14 months, ACP they are delisted now.

Just so you know getting the mining license takes along time in Tanzania, Armadale Capital (ACP) submitted ML application on 2nd Jul 2020 and received it on 3rd Sep 2021 in Tanzania. Its not a quick process so i believe HE1 may not even get it in 2025. Now i understand why they purchased the asset in USA. Imho the revenue will cover their wages until they get their ML.

Anyone who believes ML will be received in the next few months are deluded.

The company state jthey expect to generate $2m per annum from that asset why invest all that money into it rather than concentrate on Tanzania. My guess Tanzania will not get any progress for years.. Bookmark this post.
