Note what Prickett says about options becoming clear for shareholders when PEA published. Mention of industry interest including option of outright sale.

Still struggling to get my head round the issue of Prickett's comment (made on more than one interview) that they were only looking at BAM as being an open pit operation, with low cost gold extraction. Is it. or isn't it?

Note the "low cost open pit operation" (which Prickett also mentioned in a podcast about 6 months ago) and share price that mid-morning peaked at 2.79p.

Now they are talking about near $100 million just for CAPEX to get to production. Never mind further drilling/exploration.

I would have thought both Prickett & Humphries must be desperate for an end game as that's the only way they are going to get their wedge out of this. But I guess if nobody is interested in buying the Company out - then a JV it'll have to be,

'Interested' could mean several things. Although $100m up front just to create the mine should have the time wasters heading for the exit door. And hopefully make it less likely to be attractive for a JV.

Good to see a reasonable sized buy early doors. At least we don't seem to be attracting the PI sheep looking for a quick buck.

as I see it:-

1. Carry on developing BAM.
2. Look for an end game and sell the entire Company.
3. Enter into a JV.

I'd be gobsmacked if option 1 was a serious preferred runner.
Option 3 - have my doubts why would anyone want to invest $100m for a JV? And still have the need for further exploration work/expense with BAM. To me it doesn't sound an attractive financial proposition.

That leaves option 2 of an end game. Which if the price was right would probably suit most.

I didn't really know what to expect from the PEA but it certainly didn't grab me as being that exciting. Guess it gives some basic assurances - but it's seems it's ALL about the 'potential' of JL to a prospective buyer.

I wouldn't argue with BH's over-riding comment that the PEA shows how BAM is "robust and has potential". However twat features of a part-time accountant RP said on several previous occasions that BAM was a low cost gold extraction project. The PEA for me doesn't reflect that. Quite the opposite. Margins don't look that exciting unless PoG flies.

If nothing else it'll be interesting to see where this now goes. If there is to be more drilling then that'll inevitably mean more fundraising/dilution. With no end game in sight.

Well, the sells over past few days has nowt to do with pumping & dumping. In all likelihood they were sell trades made at a loss. Appreciate there are various reasons why people sell - but the timing of recent sells does smell a tad suspicious. Re-rating?? perhaps more realistically like someone in the know about more fundraising round the corner & more dilution.

Where's the re-rating that RP mentioned in his recent interview that the House Broker was promoting when PEA published????

Stewy - the Mkt Cap might be a paltry 10m but the debts unfortunately are greater.

It all seems a tad bizarre to my way of thinking.. Less than a week ago announcing drill results in Uruguay. Less than 7 weeks ago announcing acquisition of 4 properties from/involving Goldcorp.
Now 10 months since they made final significantly large payment on Calcatreu and we are now none the wiser how drilling has gone from 4 months back and what the plan of action is.

Dare I say it? Not exactly a Company with a transparent ongoing strategy. Apart from the cash burn history - which frankly defies belief.

to me anyway........ that the seller has now finished with latest 1m dump today. Otherwise why would the MMs raise the Ask immediately after trade published?

Think RP inferred that the LND BoD were confident that it would.

Don't forget this little gem RNS quote (perhaps not the type of comment to make IF you were thinking of a JV only??):-

Maybe. Maybe not.

Not that past share performance is gospel for any future forecast - but Humphries as CEO did buy on the open market at 10 times current share price. And the high has been 20 times current.

If a realistic bullish stance is taken on Junior Lake by any Major currently operating in the area then there a potential valuation of an asset base of $6 billion CAD. That to include gold, nickel, iron ore, copper, palladium, cobalt, platinum.

IHMO then $170m CAD is a bargain price to pay. Especially given how advanced some of the projects are.
