Dan Levi's attack on Winnifrith still online
It has been more than two months now since Brokerman Dan Levi (see tab, above) wrote this column on his Guerilla Investing site, accusing Tom Winnifrith of fraud, yet still there has been no libel complaint or withdrawal of the article. It is worth a read. Sometimes we wonder if all Tom's shrieking about the supposed transgressions of others is designed to remove focus from his own murky dealings.

I accuse that well known financial Journalist Tom Winnifrith, shareProphets of wholesale fraud, blackmail, tax evasion and market abuse the hypocrisy charge being incidental but never the less indicative of the deceits and charges Winnifrith now has to answer in full.
The list of charges are endless the evidence is compelling.
This is a man who has ‘Self-Styled’ himself as the ‘Sheriff of Aim’ a man that is up to his neck in market abuse, fraud and ‘dodgy’ deals par excellence. Using the cover of ‘financial journalism’ for personal financial gain. The sheer bloody hypocrisy is jaw-dropping. He was informed yesterday that this was coming. As per form Winnifrith has been running scared, emailing and contacting my close city friends attempting to put pressure on me not to publish. You were told and warned many times by myself that you keep attacking me and my friends and I will unleash the dogs of war. The truth of what every retail investor reads here is horrific. This is a 14 month investigation. What is written here is just the tip of a large corrupt financial scandal. There’s much more to come. Particularly rumours of a USA London listed Company seeking to bring racketeering charges in America.

The arbitration leak was first published by TW et al. Now we have the court case with SH/O. The last sentence in the above extract (from the link) is about a rumour of a USA London listed Company seeking to bring racketeering charges in America. I wonder if these are all linked?

Bezzy - IMHO the loan is already being used and the lower zones drilled. FRR could keep this information from us as it could influence the OOCS. I think that the news of the OOCS will be accompanied by other positives and may quickly be followed by a deal with BP, ExxonMobil and BH.

Iveyspivey - If my memory is correct you were one of the poster's that posted links about SN. Any chance of re-posting the links please?

Reading between the lines; the twitter posts about lobbying payments from last year; the lack of appeal date and the sudden outburst on ADVFN, all look like a precursor to good news. IMHO TW et al on ADVFN must be desperate to close their shorts.

AJW - We know that the service companies have worked for FRR on tick. If the loan looked like it was a formality, it is possible that BH has gone ahead with the four sidetracks, especially if the news regarding FRR v SH/O was looking good as well.

After my posting about the new GOGC website last week my computer crashed, which is why I haven't posted for a week. I don't know if it was the computer itself that was the problem (it was quite old), or a virus etc. Norton on my new computer doesn't give a green tick for the website, so I will avoid in future.

Dulwichman - The topic has resurfaced as there have been no further auctions since October and the links to the oil auctions no longer work (they still worked last week).

AJW - T39 flows at 529bopd through a 8/64" choke and the auctioned oil was going via the treatment plant at Sartichala. The logistics would seem to indicate a change from FRR's direct sales, especially if there were problems selling the oil, which would exacerbate the storage problems.
The route for the auctioned oil is copied from my post on 27th Sepember 2018 :-

As the oil from T39 contains condensate, I assume it requires treatment to separate the oil from the condensate. This facility is also on the rail network en-route to Batumi :-

Dedoplitsakaro in the above link is the nearest rail terminal, just north of Taribani (NNE).The line then runs through Sartichala (on the middle link road map, which if compared with the first link, the S5 road is near to the rail link).

11th April 2017 for 4,500t
20th September 2017 for 4,500t
13th March 2018 for 4,500t
10th September 2018 for 5,000t
1st October 2018 for 5,000t listed on 20th September
22nd October 2018 for 9,000t listed on 13th October
Total light crude for 2017 = 9,000t.
Total light crude = 22,500t for 2018.
For heavy crude the amounts are 2,500t, 2,500t, 2,500t, 1,000t, 1,000t and 3,000t for the subsequent auctions.
Total heavy crude for 2017 = 5,000t.
Total heavy crude for 2018 = 7,500t.
Total oil auctioned for 2017 = 14,000t.
Total oil auctioned for 2018 = 30,000t.
None of the figures in the stats for 2017 and 2018 in the link below matches the figures in the auctions, which have more than doubled.

Mole - Due to the court case FRR may have had to be economical with the truth regarding the oil sales. Also the GOGC auctions just don't match the stats listed.

Mole - The GOGC don't need to auction oil that belongs to them, but may need to auction oil that isn't their's, to verify amounts until the cost recovery figure is met. Also, the delayed sales links with the three auctions in little over a month last Autumn.

1) The GOGC auctions were 1 trainload every six months.
2) FRR sold 1 trainload every six months.
3) The amounts, the API and the routes for the oil match.
4) Zaza stated that we had sold 3 trainloads in the podcast.
5) The court papers indicated that there was difficulty selling the oil.
6) FRR has increased production through T45, Dino-2 and T39.
7) There were 3 trainloads auctioned in just over a month in the Autumn of 2018 for greater amounts.
8) There have been no auctions listed since.
9) Information about FRR has been in lockdown.
10) Now the auction information is no longer available.

AJW - There's no information that I know of that indicates FRR cleared their stock tanks and that BP is processing the oil or dealing with the condensate. However, the above points are linked IMHO.
