SR - My calculations of oil revenue were based upon what little information we had at the time. We don't know if T39 was produced from after the EWT, as if the infrastructure was not in place to deal with the associated gas and if flaring wasn't allowed after the test, the well might have had to be plugged. Also, Zaza might have been countering the Russian propaganda in the Ukraine while that case was ongoing, with the production figures. Furthermore, those figures were translated from another language and possibly even from Georgian, to Ukrainian or even Russian before translation to English. This resulted in trillions and billions becoming changed and also cubic feet and cubic metres. Furthermore, we don't know what Zaza's objectives were at the time. They could have been just about the Ukraine case; both the Ukraine case and to suggest to FTI that money was likely to be forthcoming; or even some other reason. Now that we're further down the line the only thing that appears certain is that money from oil revenue wasn't still going into bank accounts controlled by FRCC and it's subsidiaries, or not in enough quantity to satisfy FTI. The flow rates prior to 2019 could still be correct, but IMHO T39 was probably tested on the EWT at the lower 250bopd, before plugging due to flaring. IMHO it now looks like it was all about the time lines and getting the court cases and arbitration to around this point in time. IMHO the way the GD has obstructed FRR since they announced a major discovery, has always meant that there was a possibility of them attempting to take back the licence. IMHO as Zaza has pushed out the time lines,it is now so close to the election that sanctions will have a major impact if the GD try to revoke the licence. I think that Scripts post from the 25th May is relevant to what has been happening :-
Politics is seldom ever clean but often dirty, now I’m by no means calling Zaza a liar, but perhaps he has to play the game dependant on his opponent. The world is corrupted by fake news, perhaps it’s one thing to tell a lie or two to the press to bring about a change in government and another thing to lie to his shareholders. Just thinking out loud.
