in two day we've had two RNS about directors buying shares... allegations about deceitfulness seem premature to say the least

... perhaps, but I'd assume anyone with a smelter who we are in off-take discussions with would be privi to the PFS - subject to an NDA... and so not needing to join the dots delivered in the RNSs. So trying to join the dots myself... - what about that IG Copper MOU re smelting, that was casually slipped into the FAQs a few weeks back... Why is it in the FAQ but not RNS .... and how good would it be to hear about an off-take agreement being announced with nearby smelter / metal processing plant - at least for the early production phase...

1) RY is pulling this project together, a change of leadership now would be disaterous... 2) "we" will probably not get anything out of the ground on our own... we will either be sold or partnered... 3) yes... but i think with all the audits and external check... we know with a high degree of certainty what sin the ground...

thanks V... I did see your earlier link to the same prezzo... and have been struggling to understand it most of the day. Its very technical... basically I understand that even measured and indicated resource is subject to variation due to things such as moisture... ie 1 ton of ore might have 1% metal... but if its just been raining and the ore is porous then the metal content per ton will be lower.... and other such considerations. What I don't understand is why RY in the last interview declines to commit on making the imminent PFS public and instead promises "metal balance numbers".... to the general public... I want to know what the audited PFS says about reserve estimates and the current NPV guesstimate... and I understand this will be worst case 25% accurate... ( I guess that means + or - 12.5%).... Thank you for the helpful link .... but it begs a new question or two... "how are metal balance numbers helpful to investors and why are we not getting the pfs once its audited... ?" all the best , M

What makes you think the PFS will be made public? I would love to see it in any form... but my understanding is that when the external independent audit is complete it will be made available to potential TO/JV organisations. We have (in the last proactive) interview been promised "Metal Balance Numbers"... I am not sure what that means, I have asked on this bb and the other one but not seen an answer. Does anyone know what RY meant by "Metal Balance Numbers" ... does it relate to resource, reserve, NPV... or something entirely different? thanks M

�Lots of other exploration company's directors manage to buy shares in their company.� This or course is true� but its also true to say lots don�t� Eg Petro Matad (MATD) no buys since 2015, some more recent sells though Patagonia Gold (PGD) last buys were almost 2 years ago Jersey Oil&gas (JOG) last buys over 2 years ago Weatherly (WTI) � no director buys for 11 years� So whilst I agree it would be good if the directors were seen to be buying, don�t believe it a major issue that they are not. At least they are not selling� that would make me nervous As for the financing deals, the benefits of the Riverfort deal over the Crede deal have been discussed to death. Funding needs to come from somewhere otherwise the PFS, BFS, DFS will never be produced... and this is where the sharehold value will come from.

but as I understand AMC cant create more than 200M shares, so at 5p thats �10M... ie enough to repay the loan. if the sp falls to say 2.5p we would not be able to replay the loan. ... which is another reason why Riverfort have no interest in seeing this happen.

in the most recent interview RY talks about the release of Metal Balance Numbers (whatever that is)... The PFS is apparently complete and with external auditors but I've seen no clear commitment to publish it in the website.. best M

Why this site (and iii) show the bid at 4.8 when there has only been two sells under 5p in the last week... I do not know...
