I just did.
Always fun to see how easy it is for people to get influenced. They then feel the need to criticise or defend the people they have listened to. They hate any criticism toward them as they have based their trading on these people's individuals words.
If someone tells you often enough how successful they are you will start to believe that. They subconsciously think that If you follow their every word and action then you too, will become successful. They of course will only tell you what they want you to hear. All their failures and there will be many are conveniently omitted. That is human nature.
Facts are all that is required.
We are lucky to have many posters who write excellent posts that are relevant to my research. They of course put in their own personal opinions entwined with their often excellent factual interpretations.
You will also see cryptic posts. These are designed to show the person's intelligence and understanding. If the cryptic post turns out wrong then they can claim that you did not understand the meaning. And of course if right they can bask in the adulation of being right.
Exciting times ahead and will continue to read and enjoy all the posts.written by you good people. (Apart from the trolls who are filtered.)
Everyone knows news will come.
The question is when?
Opinions:
There are various opinions being offered as to what will happen. Many are valid with honest thoughts on timing and progress. but they are all just opinions.
The main question is not what, but when?
There's going to be various stages of progress. Predator may of may not inform us of every development. This end game is happening and negotiating is always complex. Don't expect Paul to show his hand until he is ready.
Facts:
We have raised funds for the testing.
There are 141 meters minimum to test over 3 wells.
The government and industry want the gas.
Intentions:
It has been stated that a LNG business would be a desired option.
Additional work on one of the wells, funding raised.
Mou-2. finish off drilling through the mud seal (highly unlikely).
Gas sales.
Drill additional well or wells.
Farmout ?
Sell whole or part of our Moroccan business.
There will also be many unknown factors that will come to light as the negotiation continue.
Will we need additional funds? Trinidad is for the future. The finance will be part of negotiations. For now we have money.
The potential is still there. Only the timing has changed.
Patience and understanding of what is happening is key.
Investors or trader use the stock markets to make money. Some you win and some you loose. Other times it's about timing and patience. I have a balanced portfolio and stocks like Bloe are a good high risk, high return.
A creepy troll like this Sarah man admits it does not hold any shares here.
They are not here to make money. Simple to fill a void in their lives.
Win or loose my life will continue to be a financially and comfortable life.
For the troll it's not so. To enjoy other people's misery is pathetic and a clear sign of a troubled life.
Predfan......
Me thinks you have an agenda.....
There are many posters on here that give balanced and knowledgeable posts.
A great read and the potential for Predator is massive.
Several upstream operators, such as Predator Oil & Gas Holdings, Sound Energy, and SDX Energy, have reported encouraging initial results with minor gas discoveries. A 0.2-0.25 mtpa ssLNG plant only requires a stable 20-30 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (mmscfd) of natural gas and can fill approximately 30 40-foot ISO tanks daily. Lower capacity ssLNG plants could be anchored on smaller gas volumes. A single 40-foot ISO tank holding approximately 1.0 mmcf of gas could supply the daily needs for a 400 MW power plant. While further evaluation is required, the Moroccan government should encourage commercialization plans utilizing ssLNG plants.

Many thanks to Julian Dunn for find.
Predator gets a mention later in the artical.

You say:
"we could be sitting on shed load of gas but with no where to go. Who could afford it and could they afford it and extract it and sell"
In that case why bother drilling and extracting gas. Let's all go home.
I think you are missing the point of why we want the gas.
Just for starters the share price would go up and a major company would want in. The rest of our asset would become hot property.
I'm am really surprised by human behaviour. Why anyone would take notice of one individual's opinions is beyond me.
However when individuals actually post something information about the share then I'll take notice.
Anything else is just a human being human lol.
Research is of course key.
You get all kinds of opinions on here. I discount then all.
You get all kinds of factual interpretation on here. I appreciate then all.
It is however usefully to gage the general consensus of opinion.
That consensus is one of annoyance and the late announcement of none testing. It's also positive about Trinidad.
I think I'm fair in saying that the long term holders still have strong convictions that Predator will give a return.
Have a great weekend everyone!
The only news likely to be released is that testing has started. This I'm guess is not going to happen in the next few weeks, maybe even longer.
If they don't issue an RNS until testing has finished, then there will be a news blackout for many months.
Any deals made are certainly going to be dependant on Predator being able to supply enough gas for a commercial contract to be signed.
If a company were to buy out Predator without any testing is would not be as good of a deal as one with confirmed testing data. However it may be good enough for Predator.
The market has and will continue to judge Predator on results and promises.
What is vitally important is that Predator have money in the bank. This has made the Trinidad deal possible. It also puts Predator in a stronger position of not needing immediate funding.
In the cold light of day I look at where this company is right now.
We all know why we are here and nothing has changed other than timing in Morocco.
Trinidad had greatly enhanced our portfolio. It has added additional opportunities for next year and beyond.
I understand all of our frustration and if you purchased shares around the 20p mark, then it is not easy to stay calm.
Yesterday's core news (Trinidad) has made Predator stronger.
Bottom line is, I brought in for what Morocco can do for my portfolio. The risk is still there.
However the reward is massive.
Time to relax in the late summer months in Spain....
Good to see you here Hepseal. Your input is always welcome.
We are just investors/ trader making decisions based on availability information.
We have to rely on RNS's and media for knowledge. It is apparent that there is a part of this jigsaw that we are not being informed about.
Paul is the biggest shareholder and there is no way he will not want to make money. The conspiracy theory does not hold when your director holds a massive amount of shares.
We will test unless predator have a very good reason not to.
I think the reason Paul did not attend the summit was probably due to:
1, Continuing to advance a gas deal in Morocco.
2, Finalising the take over and legal side of Trinidad.
The guy is the largest shareholder.
Agree Comms are bad but never doubt how hard he is working to make our dreams come true.
Trinidad is looking like a great opitunity and if Paul can do a deal in Morroco we can fund Trinidad without even more unwanted fundraising.
On completion, PRD has paid to CEG US$1 million. A further US$1 million, due to be paid by PRD to CEG 6 months after the Completion Date, will instead be paid immediately by PRD direct to the MEEI, in part agreed settlement of past dues on the Cory Moruga licence;
If I read that right Predator have just paid out 2mil to fully take over in Trinidad.
When CEG kicked predator off their asset they dug a big hole for themselves. It created a great business opportunity for Predator.
It does, however lowers our 10mil raised (less admin chargers) by 2mil.
Opportunity to first re-establish
Snowcap-1 production rate of 100 to 200 bopd.
Question:
How much will it cost to re- enter Snowcap-1
When would we start?
How much is 100/200 bopd worth ? It would if, successful give us a constant cash flow. 1 mil a year ?
The rest is more of a long term business strategie
What is attractive about Predator is the 3 great business opportunities.
Moving on from today's bad Comms we are left with a magnificent opitunity to make some big bucks.
I'm holding.......
Looks like some inexperienced folk
are in-breeding on LSE
Omg is this guy for real?
Total lack of understanding of the annoyance of almost every single poster on here.
And, we all know the real value of predator.
I think it is normal and correct to comment. To write such a strange, comment tell a lot about a person view of themself.
Absolutely appalling treatment of shareholders. It basically means you have to take, with a pinch of salt, anything Paul says. Remember the last placement was to raise money to test. Since then the share value have been stagnant and will fall today. It will of course hit the roof once good news happens. Unfortunately that is not today.
On a positive, everything is maybe, looking good for CNG, gas sales. But the use of the word "POTENTIAL" does not mean soon?
"One final element in relation to our business development strategy for Morocco is the execution of a potential Memorandum of Understanding for gas sales. Our preference is for commercial reasons to have this in place before testing commences and we are working to finalise this as soon as possible."
Paul is looking at the overall picture and as hard as it is to accept this total disregard of shareholders, we are now entering the start of the end game.
Remember the reward has not changed.
Ps, the main content of the RNS looked interesting and will need to re-read and discuss once we get over our annoyance at how we have been treated.
For the avoidance of doubt, executing the rigless testing programme onshore Morocco remains our top priority together with moving to a CNG development subject to regulatory approvals. Everything is in place and all approvals have been received to commence testing. One final element in relation to our business development strategy for Morocco is the execution of a potential Memorandum of Understanding for gas sales. Our preference is for commercial reasons to have this in place before testing commences and we are working to finalise this as soon as possible."
