Just to clarify LB, you are saying they are already mass producing in advance of fda? As opposed to making for order and keeping low stocks. The would be supremely confident of a quick rollout. As warehousing isn't free. Is that your take on it?

Totally agree, this is peanuts in comparison to what they could have done. Imo they already have (unofficially) orders stacking up post FDA, hence why they needed so little

And to address your point on placing for the cln, the cln is with the bod, who also own a huge chunk of the shares here. So unlikely to have an appetite large placings. Imo.

Ordinarily I might agree Anthony, but they first applied in Aug 2018. I don't know the specifics of mtfb, but the FDA told iqai to resubmit based on another software for comparison purposes to make our application successful. Plus, someone has bought a shedload of shares here in the last couple of weeks, unlikely to do so if they are not supremely confident Imo. The bod has major skin in the game here.

Interesting chat on twitter about TB going over 29.9% if he converts his cln. Thoughts? Presumably shareholders could vote for him to not make an offer pretty easily?

I don't see how someone new could buy 29.9% on the open market, cross every tr1 notification level there is, and not issue anything? Certainly breaks all the rules. But I'm not hugely bothered, as long as they are buying.

We would have been notified already if it was a new investor Imo, which tells me its someone who has already crossed the lower thresholds. I don't know the rules on notifying the market beyond a certain point.

If you watch videos from last year, they applied to FDA, but FDA told them to reapply using more similar software as their comparison basis for the application. So it it probably 99% nailed on certainty that thus is going to happen, and it's overdue, so soon. Which is why someone has been loading up for weeks

What the market is slowly realising is that its OK for companies in this field to have high valuations in advance of sales This will have access to a global market, and it would be very easy for them to make multiples of current mcap just on this stonechecker (or whatever it's called).

I imagine the person who must have put in at least half a mil here over the last week won't be selling any time soon I imagine.

As I see it, say this was at 7p on FDA news, it might just drop hard. If it were around 5p it could double. Just silly market psychology.

People should check out the late trades here yesterday, some huge money gone in here.
