Hainen organised the collection and the shipping. This is what caused the delay after the product reached port, KOD isn't responsible for logistics fees. EXW with CoL agreement.

The confirmation of sale is in the RNS. The waiting period we're on is for the Credit of lading document to reach China, and be physically processed. It may be a rare way of dealing with things but we see it in the fright industry for large corpos.

You're right; KOD wouldn't have loaded the ship without confirmation of sale or payment, so maybe stop being impatient and just wait for the revenue. All this breach of sale nonsense is BS

A my guess is waiting on physical documents to arrive in China for standard processing, but likely 25-30mil depending on material pricing from what is publicly available

B they shipped the product so why it doesnt go all to Kodal is beyond me, from KOD should then go to investment parties based on ownership percentages? Not public knowledge yet.

In a previous RNS it was said that they plan to ship 8kt per month in 2026. That should be the schedule, and Bernard quoted that they will be sharing quarterly updates in 2026. All good news TBH

30kt has been shipped last week, another 15kt in storage, 8kt per month from January already confirmed.

This shipment is likely being held on a "credit of lading" document process, otherwise the KOD team would have said "we're paid when it reaches destination"

It is an additional document which is separate to shipping terms. Honestly, you lot are worse than reddit know-it-alls. RESEARCH

Sure: Kodal may have organised and paid for delivery to port but Trucks pale in comparison to freight and lets face it, those costs are calculated into margin . You're making yourself look silly here. Maybe move to a different board mate.
