Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
All payments now paid on iWEB share dealing and ISA accounts, both dividends (5.19p/share) AND PRAX 0.83p consideration.🐸
Received both dividends payments in iWEB share dealing account and ISA. PRAX 0.0083p/share still outstanding. 🐸
Thanks ASI.

Broomtree,
Although we are none the wiser, re DCUs/ISA, that is info. Thank you for that. 🐸
Broomtree, Lamenting about things not happening when is too early for them to do so is not "keeping each other informed", It is innately childish.
It follows that if someone has to go back to the sandpit, I wonder who should it be.
Be mindful about the way you use the word "frog", your latest iteration has a whiff of prejudice. At a different level and connotation, shall I start calling you "gomer"? 🐸
Quite happy to ruffle some feathers…if the cap fits and all that jazz…
Perhaps people would await without trepidation...
then let it all loose after June 22nd 💥 💥 💥
🐸
Ridiculous, the whole thing sounds like Brats mantra “Are we getting there yet”.
Are they all so nervous that they would not get their money?
Some people complained enough about others not doing their own research when all they asked was available out there. Guess what, the financial calendar has been published and the proponent of the scheme went to great length to let us know what it all entails, amongst them chief complainers about others seeking info - why are they so anxious now about the timescale of the settlement? DYOR silly gits!!! 🐸
Kever, 75.230 now ↑↑↑

Oops! more posts have been removed from this thread. Someone is not happy!

How is little kever?
🐸
Dflynch, NSTiger,
Are you folks talking about s.e.x again, or attributes thereof? 😊
Best,🐸
*** 74.930 of course
Kever,
I would not like you to miss the excitement!
As I type 74930 and climbing ;-) 🐸
Foolish kever, why were you quiet when, after announcing doom and gloom at 72 a while back, it went back to $77 10 days or so ago? There are larger and darker forces who will not let a crash happen. Over this, they are more on senseman side than yours.
Over all, you keep complaining over senseman alleged compulsive propensities, but you show that you also have a compulsive proclivity by carrying on. Please, give a rest!
Incidentally, as I type it has climbed to 71.834

Tokyosi,
Here is my broker position (Lloyds Group): -
"As the New DCU's will not be listed on any Recognised Exchange as defined by HMRC for ISA qualifying purposes. Your New DCU's will not be eligible to be held in an ISA. Should you hold your Hurricane shares within an ISA, we will transfer your New DCU's to your Share Dealing Account should the Scheme become effective. If you do not have a Share Dealing Account, we will arrange to open one for you."
From that it derives that DCUs will be transferred to my share dealing account, unless HMRC says otherwise in the interim period, but they are not going to be cancelled. Best,🐸
Hi senseman,
Yes, the same fate for sfi2022 as below, probably not very complimentary about someone ;-)

Very best, 🐸
Kever,
We now that "savingsauditpseudopid@hmrc.gov.uk" has replied to you but they keep asking because HMRC has not officially published their position.🐸
Where is senseman's reply???
Tokyosi,
Kever – Thread ISA / DCU 8June 21:05 “After asking HMRC they have come back to me this evening. DCU's can't be held in an ISA. Simple as that. They can be held in a SIPP which is all that matters to me.”
Followed by Kever when challenged how info was obtained – Thread Senseman 8 June 21:53 “…HMRC did not phone me. I never said they did. I emailed them some time ago asking about DCU's in SIPP which they repleid to a couple of weeks ago and I reported the reply on here. I fired an email back and they repleid today saying DCU's can not be held in an ISA. The email came from:
savingsauditpseudopid@hmrc.gov.uk”
I have no reason to doubt that would be the case and although Kever is adamant over this, we have no officially published position from HMRC.
Indeed, if DCUs cannot be held in ISA, loss incurred there from PRAX’ consideration will be lost and unusable. Best, 🐸
