Going to assume that the data room for potential buyers had a price figure on it RMR. The price the company are looking for, to give the buyers a reference level. Of course, ordinarily, a buyer would look to get it cheaper, but, not if there's multiple interested parties like there has been suggested in RNS multiple times now. Only the highest bidder can win in the FSP with multiple interested parties.

WK tends to be April/May - Oct/Nov, all weather dependant Gilen. They do ground works and ore stock piling in some of the months where they can't run the processing plant.

For MT, you would get the best idea from the neighbouring NN asset. They will have the season nailed on for most efficiency there, which again points to them being the most likely suitor, as experience in that environment would have many benefits compared to a player who has never worked in that type of area before. That is of course just my opinion.

I'm a long term investor, i never look at things for the short term. For something like European Metals, i'm looking at future demand dynamics, cost of extraction, political support etc. All boxes are ticked for me, so small movements with the sp now do not bother me . This in my eyes is as good as it gets for 'dead cert' status on AIM. You have CEZ as the now main stake holder and the E.U looking to support and fund green projects, you don't get any better from a political standpoint imho.
I could literally go on and on about the other evident positives of this company, but, that video released the other day says enough for now imo.

I wish all investors well, i'll be adding when i can and hopefully on dips if they appear. If they don't, it's no loss to me, as 4 years time this will be far larger than it is now either way imho.

"easy to say not so easy to do on AIM." - No one said it was easy, what i said was that if you get both bang on you can make substantial gains. I have, as have many others. I won't name company names out of respect for this board, but most were gifted this year with a covid testing company tbh. I wasn't in there, but that's a good AIM example of timing and research.

The Hydrogen economy is set to start and accelerate, whatever price is on the screen will be cheap in the grander scheme of what a big buyer will get out of Monchetundra over 20+ years. As catalysts gradually get phased out, demand will come from the green energy shift. If, like a lot have found so far, that palladium is added to next gen batteries, then the demand scenario is only set to increase. Nickel, Copper and Cobalt are all at Monchetundra as well, it's the perfect asset at the perfect time tbh.

"After all buy and hold on AIM is a risky business." - thorough resource takes the risk away, that's what i've found. You also have to time your entry right with AIM, i've learned that over the years, but, when you get both bang on then you stand to gain great amounts, levels you simply can't get anywhere else.

The SP of now will be irrelevant when Europe ensures this gets to production, long term this can only go one way imho

Christmas gets closer by the day Guitar. I will admit though, this has all went on longer than i originally thought it would. When the RNS came in Oct 19, i thought it would definitely all be wrapped up at a maximum of 12 months. I had far quicker time scales in my head at the time of the RNS dropping, it hasn't worked out like that, but, i'm confident in my research, the BOD, and the parties they have took on to get this all done, so to me, it's just a matter of time.

I'm probably more patient than most here, i've been here 4 years lol

When they realised that they were rubber ducked and had no room for manoeuvre, after all their junk peddling had failed, when shareholders all stood together against them, they then arrived at their last front. Which was to target one positive poster after another, and believe me, they were pretty angry at the time that they knew they had completely lost.

It's all timing guitar, that is what investing is. The deal will land, DLA Piper and UBS are here to work on that, they have no other purpose. I had a 0.7 average at one stage, it dropped into the 0.2's, did i complain that i was at a loss on paper at the time?, No, i did not, i topped up, averaged down and built my holding, because i was confident in my research and investment decision. This is investing, every decision is on ones self.

Only the person can make their own investment choices at the time of investment, being late, missing boats etc can't be blamed or compared to others who arrived in good time.

Now that's not to say that they were not interested in the FSP, i just think that by now, they've been outbid and changed their acquisition target. Hence the recent article suggesting a partnership (JV), but on a smaller scale to their usual growth acquisitions.

No. The last article in that link even tells you they're looking for a small JV, smaller than their usual growth strategies. Their last usual growth buy in PGM's was for $2bn, so they're definitely not looking to buy something like Monchetundra right now imho
