We should hear about the binding deal news at the very start of 8 end of 7. 8 will be very lawyer intensive, exactly what both sides want put into legal paperwork context. The SP will hover just below the deal value level of the binding offer announced and stay around there until step 8 is completed.
Time frame, not entirely sure, it will depend on exactly how complex the deal is i would imagine. If both assets are sold, WK and MT, then it gets put to us to vote on before step 8 starts i believe.

It's just an indicator, like many other things, usually used by traders for selecting to get in and out of stocks -

Things could be complicated due to Eurasia having a role in any future blockchain systems where the metals from the assets are used to back tokens up etc.

Some will remember the original Lybrion listing for 'Green Metals' and Eurasia named there. It's another dynamic that could have created complexities in the FSP. Not sure how though, because, well, blockchain and crypto is a whole new addition to the precious metals (green metals) sector.

The other thing you need to consider is, were Eurasia hitting an area with anomalies in 2018 or is that just the bog standard grades of the main area?. Kluchiki for example is known to be a bonanza grade area, the area they've hit last year and are currently stock piling ore from for this year, i wonder what the reason for that is?
Could it be that there are now no 3rd party contractors getting a slice, so Eurasia can now plough full steam ahead into things for maximum profit to themselves.

See, even small percentages can equate to large gains in a valuation. That is of course if the anomalies at MT are similar to the anomalies at WK.
