We know that an entity, or entities, has made an offer to acquire the company, so we can work out a valuation usi ng the discounted cash flow and other known valuating methods on that offer scenario you see. We can because we know that the offer is there for a full acquisition, we've been told that much -
"non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company"
It is true that there are also 'other transaction structure' offers in place, but we have no idea of what they are, therefore no idea of how to ascertain any valuation to them. So, realistically we're all sat with the only available way of trying to make a valuation, and that is for the full acquisition offer.
