I'll stick with the RNS segment title thank you, options are just the offers on the table, there will be various ones from a few entities with a battery metals district like Monchegorsk. It's a bit like selling a house, you keep 2nd and 3rd place bidders on the hook in case something magically goes wrong with the 1st place bidder, hence, options as there's more than one!

No AGM announcement is interesting, because no RNS drop has been made about a reason why it would late.

Eurasia isn't a naughty company and the largest shareholder with control of the company is Russian.

Eurasia are playing entirely by both sides rules at this stage, everything Eurasia has goes to BRICS, so, evades any Western sanctions as it doesn't trade with them, but, also simultaneously follows Russia's rules by doing so.

Monchegorsk is a multi-layer resource complex. Their fancy equipment will have been needed to 3D map lower ore bodies on anything that Eurasia have investigated there for DFS purposes, but, also for further mining planning purposes.

Certain ore will deplete in the future and they will then have to target other bodies at depth etc. That will be the case in places where they can't mine underground and open pit simultaneously.

For the engineers planning the mine, they need to have the most accurate picture of all of the ore bodies that will be targeted, absolute precisions equipment gives them the most accurate picture.

A case in point - Have you ever sold a house? Now think about how you went through the options of potential buyers until you got the deal you wanted.

Always stating that you are considering options does what? It leaves the door open to pull out of any deal in favour of a superior one.
