No AGM announcement is interesting, because no RNS drop has been made about a reason why it would late.
Preparing the big news drop perhaps?

All bases are covered, not only do Eurasia employees get paid, there are, or can be, shareholders of the company that they are working for ;)
GLA
Eurasia isn't a naughty company and the largest shareholder with control of the company is Russian.
Eurasia are playing entirely by both sides rules at this stage, everything Eurasia has goes to BRICS, so, evades any Western sanctions as it doesn't trade with them, but, also simultaneously follows Russia's rules by doing so.
Have i mentioned the share options for all of the Russian employees at Eurasia yet? ;)
GLA
"Additionally, Putin stressed that Russia has entered a phase in which it will seek to abandon its dependency on oil and gas when it comes to exports" - PGM and Green Hydrogen exports instead ;)
GLA
Monchegorsk is a multi-layer resource complex. Their fancy equipment will have been needed to 3D map lower ore bodies on anything that Eurasia have investigated there for DFS purposes, but, also for further mining planning purposes.
Certain ore will deplete in the future and they will then have to target other bodies at depth etc. That will be the case in places where they can't mine underground and open pit simultaneously.
For the engineers planning the mine, they need to have the most accurate picture of all of the ore bodies that will be targeted, absolute precisions equipment gives them the most accurate picture.

A case in point - Have you ever sold a house? Now think about how you went through the options of potential buyers until you got the deal you wanted.
Always stating that you are considering options does what? It leaves the door open to pull out of any deal in favour of a superior one.
Now, i think i'll get back to patiently waiting for the AGM announcement.
GLA
Until you have a signed binding deal then you are always considering the options on the table, it's just basic knowledge tbh. Even progressing a favoured option, more options could arrive during the journey of doing so. To ensure that your business plan runs smoothly you always have options B and C, just in case option A somehow falls through.
GLA
I think that most will agree that we're all due the news on this front -
"Possible sale of Russian assets
The Company continues to consider options for the sale of all of Eurasia's interests in Russia. These include the West Kytlim operating mine, the Monchetundra Project mining license, the NKT brownfield project, and the entitlement to the Nyud brownfield project."
What better time than the AGM . . . .
GLA
Special resolutions to vote on is my guess, voting through the sale of assets -

Just wait for the announcement and see if the theory works out!
GLA
FJH, i disagree -
"According to a report in December by the Eurasian Development Bank, Chinese investors have become more active in Russia, with China’s foreign direct investment (FDI) growing by 27.4 per cent from 2016-22."

GLA
Engagement letter signed with Citic, and, well, they agreed to work on a success fee basis and are still here -
"The Banks have agreed to work on a success fee basis, so that their motivation is directly linked to a successful completion of an alternative asset transaction superior to those outlined in the announcement of 15 September 2019. The interest from the Banks is originating from the recent palladium acquisitions namely Stillwater for c. US$2bn by Sibanye in 2017 and NAP for approximately CAD$1bn by Impala Platinum earlier this month. The title of the slides for investors prepared by VTB Capital is as follows: "The Last Non Consolidated Palladium Play"."
It has been extraordinarily long however, longest process most will ever witness no doubt!
GLA
Indeed, news will arrive quite soon in all scenarios.
I'm personally quite relaxed waiting, if UBS or any other critical third party had left then we would have heard about it by now. They're all sill here, which can only mean one thing.
GLA
I'm not sure who saw this, but, well -

If he had been living in the UK and had those plans, then he would have been behind bars a long time ago, just saying!
GLA
That has been the case since day one tbh, it is truly bizarre that it has taken this long for someone to speak out about it. The time between the start and now has simply cosy many lives.
They could have just been a none military aligned EU state, they would have had EU protection and no conflict would have taken place.
