And before you start, no, I'm not for a moment likening FRR to the Titanic! - I'm simply challenging the assertion that those who are not invested cannot contribute and that something perceived as negativity could in fact be helpful on further consideration?

I'm sure Frontera believe they are in the right (as no doubt do YA) but if they pursue it through the courts it is the law alone (perhaps after appeal & counter-appeal) that will have the final say... I simply said that it was **possible** that the shares were the legal property of YA the moment the payment was missed regardless of whether they had been issued and so YA **might** have committed no crime

Personally I like to look into all the ifs buts & maybes but appreciate I am in a minority on these BBs

Having been a company director for 20 years in a past life I can assure you that in business time is money and *all* talks are "commercial discussions"... I am in no way downplaying their significance only suggesting that **in my opinion only** it is likely that the most likely outcome of initial talks is further talks and progress towards a possible deal is more likely to be (dependent on results) incremental rather than immediate and as a result risking the family silver at this stage might perhaps be premature?

Anyway, I only came here today because I saw a friend being bullied so will now leave you to your xmas-predictions and wish you all the very best.

I have no vested interest either way bedex so would naturally prefer this to go to the moon & everybody to live happily ever after... Apart from posting a chart here at someone's request in September, I simply followed ionic here... I suspect ionic started posting here provoked by posts from MadPunter on 'M' board. While MP's enthusiasm is great I think it is true to say that both ionic & I's reaction has been one of "cautionary counter-balance perhaps called for?"

I appreciate that anything other than "this will multi-multi-multi bag by xmas" is unwelcome on the board and do not wish to spoil the fun, however I do believe there is value in contributing.

LordLash - can you post the chart - very difficult to comment without seeing it!

Indicators on different time intervals typically give differing results so to take one in isolation without cross-comparison could easily give an unreliable result!

MP - I do not believe this is "another AIM scam"... I suspect the CEO very much believes the story he is telling and do not for a moment believe that he is intentionally misleading investors. I do however suspect that there is *possibly* a dependency between that story and what hindsight may in time prove to be 'reality'.

For example a judge **might** rule that (Frontera) having defaulted on due payment YA were then in fact contractually entitled to shares on that date and thus free to trade them as they saw fit, even though they had not yet been delivered.,, Talks with Super-Majors may at this stage be precisely that - just talks - with the **if satisfactory data is provided** caveat to further talks of **possible** jv etc

Just a couple of examples and very definitely not offered as facts - simply an illustration that "all systems go" might **perhaps** not be entirely appropriate at this stage?

Nolosstillsell - you are correct that charts need constant revision; however, despite the recent rise/fallback, the SP has remained within the parameters identified so I do not consider an update necessary... However, should it break that descending channel... :-)

No facts - just opinion which someone out there may or may not find interesting, if only 1onic!! :-)

I don't need to read 1onic's posting history Pec to guess that the gist of his 'gem' is to exercise caution rather than blindly trusting the story presented by the BOD of this, or any, company.

The balance-sheet figures that underpin the fundamentals of any business are the closest we are likely to get to 'facts' (although even these are open to manipulation by crafty accountants), however 'the story' through which they are presented might be considered by some to be little better than a fairytale.

On every other BB folk enthuse about their unique, once-in-a-lifetime, life-changing opportunity - how few bare fruit?!

Not saying this won't fly, simply that I'm sceptical.

Fair point Pecten, but I would be extremely surprised, if not shocked, to see 1onic try to pass off opinion as fact and, with respect, consider it more likely that contrary views could perhaps prejudice interpretation?

Truth is, as with most AIM investments, there are very few 'facts' available and perhaps the noblest purpose of BBs such as this is for us to all help each other as best we can to stumble through the darkness in safety?

A great deal of opinion is worthless, but that odd gem can make us stop & think.

Enthusiasm can be intoxicating and investing hard-earned cash perhaps warrants a sober approach?!

Those who question an investment case are typically viewed as negative & their contribution dismissed, yet surely a sound investment can withstand any level of scrutiny?

Whether he is right or wrong, I know 1onic to be genuine, honest & sincere with entirely benign motives.

Many here have acknowledged that it is high risk, but few seem to have really taken that on board. I would love to see people make bucket loads of money here but, for what it's worth, share 1onic's concerns.
