I totally agree Gkahn. White collar crook our CEO MB. Even he is liable for insider trading knowing he was organising a much reduced placing during that week that he was self investing in whilst he himself was championing a JV.
I am out of this s**t. Ran by a crook who should be under investigation.
I've reduced my holding - I don't have the need for this drama in my life. Between this share and MATD I've been royally stuff by boards that are incapable of running a business for all it's shareholders.
I've gone to safer waters and left a speculative small amount here.
Now I am gone you are 100% going to be successful because every single decision I've made this last 18 months has gone the wrong way so I hope I bring you luck by leaving.
I will check in from time to time.
Such a shame we couldn't just be left to work through the tasks at hand with a sp to represent our position.
I am thoroughly frustrated. I should have dumped this stock 18 months ago and invested in literally anything but airlines.
I don't think the board had a chance. They are being taken for a ride by the concert group to the very edge.
Surely when we vote against the group on both accounts they will just find something else to cause issue with. Glad PH stood firm and went ahead with drilling we should be thankful he didn't roll over.
Same...I bought in at 6p after the EL thinking we'll nudge to 10p here with oncoming news of JV negotiations. Instead we got slapped in the face with a ridiculous placing. I have been seriously burnt. Very frustrated.
I still can't see how they are going to win on a 2nd vote. I think given covid the board have extremely well to survive and infact come out with a plan and in a good position. Could easily have been a different story.
Now we have some white collar thieves looking to capitalize.
Can't wait to get this vote done and dusted and we can see fantastic drill results and onwards we go.
Similarly to the other Block directors (as announced in the Operations Update 7 April 2020), Mr Sandroshvili has agreed for 50% of his fees to be paid in nil-cost options to acquire ordinary shares in the Company. Options will be priced at a volume weighted average price over the monthly fee period.
Mr. Sandroshvili does not hold any shares in the Company.
Could be the case that Dato is fed up with being paid in shares and needs cash now.
How do people see this panning out over the next 12 months. Is this a bottom drawer a scenario now and hope for the best? Or should be bounce back to 5p relatively quickly. I am still reeling from the placement level. Absolutely diabolical.
MP what are you thought on successful drill? I am looking at a re-rate up to 5p maybe 6p with sentimwnt on the following drill; which again if successful we head towards 8/9p then the third which maybe take us into double figures.
Obviously if WR-B1 is 800 then things will be a lot different.
I do wonder whether they have deliberately underestimated the potential flows of WR-B1 at 550.
