And the answer is No I do not want him on the board of our company. He can stay as a shareholder or sell out and move on. His experience and abilities of increasing costs aren't something I want as part of our team and our future growth.

Agree volvic 100% the man to take GGP to the next level. Invest in the asset and people in charge. He is most definitely the man for the job and given his previous as CFO - this just helps the case. CFOs are all about the £££ he will make good choices
Given GGP are on a springboard now he is perfect for the risk reward future ahead.

I think the arse is falling out of oil and gas shares....as each year progresses the value of long term oil will fall.

I think instead of a briefcase of cash for the EL he dropped hints of a low placing for those who needed to know.

Sadly AJW knows more about Block Energy than the BoD itself. This sh*tshow cost me a fortune and 3 years of opportunity cost.

Who knows what is going on but surely the BoD could have rebutted that 2nd request and said we had an audit. Go and come back with some detailed issues at your own costs.
