Yes mate very true, great being in shorts and on the beach Xmas day. I was on the beach at Papagayo on Xmas day for swim. Spent a month there and have done every year for last 5 years.
Sounds great mate I would love to retire there myself but iam away off that yet at 47 unfortunately.
750€ a month sounds good! Go for it definitely a life I would love.

See you are an ECR holder like me. Thinking of buying in here dont know much about BZT buy looks like this is a pretty good bet at these levels.

We all must agree really now if truful that thus shortly has worn very thin! And at 19p making most of us look like fools. I know things take time but this is silly now.
