So the company was created on Monday 10/7/2023:

Same time as MOU4 testing. From the RNS list:

4th July - MOU-4 Commencement of drilling

11th July - Completion of MOU-4 drilling and logging

13th July - MOU-4 Update

Did the PM setup Saha Gaz because he knew they'd hit gas in MOU-4 the previous week / over the weekend.?

Possibly connected to that development loan for the Guercif to Nador road. Isn't Nador touted as a potential location for a LNG plant.

The current share price is only slight higher than divis paid in 2020 (72.6c - which presently equates to 57p)

A divi of 6.6c would cost $39.5m.
