We are aware with Sareum the PR is somewhat lacking on a number of fronts but there is another side to this coin.
Many companies in this sector have over hyped their products to an extent where they have sucked in investors on false promises resulting in spiked up share prices often followed by a fund raise with the end result unfortunately being a failure to achieve predicted outcomes and many shareholders thousands of pounds out of pocket .
If you are an honest company that I believe we are then its hard to teach a fine balance on exactly how much hype to give
out ,
Make no mistake there are a lot of big hitters invested in SAR that post on here and many have made constructive and correct criticism with regards to inadequate information put out by the bod into the public domain which would advertise the outstanding promise of our pipeline to a wider audience.
For me anyway , the PR is not ideal and frustrating but on reflection better as it is than blowing over hyping out to the heights because should it all go tits up on false promises as on AIM it often does there is absolutely no way back as many have found out losing a hard earned fortune at one press of a market makers button.

The mid day drop here due to the latest vaccine announcement was mirrored in other pharma stocks for example ncyt , odx , sng to name just a few .
Last week the Pfiser one caused havoc here and in many other similar companies.
I f the SP here tanks here on the next new vaccine to come to the nations attention , it won't be a disaster here.
Just yet another buying opportunity.

Hi 3card and all the other battled and bruised long term holders here.
Great to see that the SP has taken an upturn for you guys .
So many previous false dawns as a result of the ball shyte spouted by Foo and co that we all believed at the time .
So far the only way to make a small fortune out of VOG has been to start with a large one and work down.
I sincerely hope that the current SP re rate will continue and enable your pounds that have been reduced to shrapnel to rise from the depths again.

Great post sadoldgit and a well deserved tick up from me.
Lets look at it from another point of view.
If you were a buyer , what would the the difference in the SP from now be if some of the impending news that we are looking forward to is positive starting with the imminent 900k payment from the mystery company from China. Add on all the other possibilities that you have outlined . My own fag packet calculations ( not in the same league as others more better informed ) , should all opportunities go to planned work out at a conservative estimated price of around 63p per share. The fly in the ointment for me is that its hard to weigh up possibility v probability.
Imo each piece of good news we get from now on in will send the SP to a new high . A takeover would be a mega result for us all as just my opinion other than that most of us would make the mistake of selling well below the takeover price should the SP gain momentum on good news.
I have always been completely honest with my posts . I sold a % of my shares here last week and made 54 grand profit .
I was reluctant to sell but the risk v reward factor came into play and I was happy to take profits that could help my family along the way . I sold at below the highs but well above the lows and since then have made 3 purchases and now have an average at just under 1,3p.
Lets try to give it a bit of balance . If it sounds too good to be true it usually always is and like most others I've done a lot of dough on AIM shares RRL , VOG ,BHR, BMR to name a few that were supposed to be fortune makers . Made a few quid on others though.
Just my opinion , but if it helps any newbies on here at the current SP SAR is a mega buy from me.

Agreed mate Sierra certainly have blown their trumpet long and hard in the past.
Unfortunately they done a Tommy Cooper with 737 and with a swish of the wand sent it to hide away in the cupboard under the stairs just like that.
Now that it is out in the open , a couple of large blows on their trumpet is all that is required to get it up ,running. and away

If the data when published is as good as expected lets hope that Sierra advertise the facts from the heights .
If they do then the SP here will be sure to gain plenty of immediate momentum.
Their failure to push on to the next stage in a timely manner imo resulted in us having to suffer the last placing .
The potential of 737 is absolutely huge and enough to be the catalyst for Sar to become a mega company without all our other fantastic impending opportunities.
Far too good to be left unopened on the shelf for any longer.
If the correct partner signs up to the cause , this will be a game changer for all concerned.

Topped up on the dip because when you weigh the pro's and con's up the news is positive .
Just my opinion but when it comes to integrity re Sierra and the company they were formed from , a pile of turd scrapers comes to mind.
Hope something evolves from this quickly , if not it should soon be take it back time.
I am sure that the company that have become Sareums link to China could take the compound with all the data from the trials and market in an enticing package that could be sold on fairly easily.

Well Pfizer make Viagra so they have already proved they can raise the dead .
Lets hope that a company from China can come up with a vaccine for covid using some of SARs compounds within a combo to save the living.

Unreal week so far in SAR la land .
Largest turnover of investors since the days of the 10/10 mice RNS when the SP shot up to 4p before disintegrating into dust in lightening time.
The MMs pulled the rug from under the SP and the share price tanked . Some some holders stayed 100% invested fully sold on the science , while others liquidated part or all of their investment with individual decisions down to either taking profit or driven by fear. Others have bought in for the first time or topped up encouraged by the share price retracing to enticing levels.
This unregulated AIM Casino will be up and running again at 8.00am in the morning and guess what , the shenanigans will start all over again.
Tim and co will just carry on as normal trying to steer the ship towards profitable waters . Who will be the biggest winners here in the end ? . My monies on those who stayed fully invested throughout the carnage with some even adding this morning once the SP bottomed out.
Never a dull moment. Well not at the moment anyway.

There has a been considerable number of large buys here throughout the current retrace , not so with many of the other pharmas where the SP has taken a similar or worse hammering.
Bodes well for an upward short term re rate .
Should be some fairly imminent news on grant funding for starters , onward and upwards after a short pause I would hope.

In the next week or so we should see a flurry of RNS from a number of pharma companies who's SP has tanked over the past couple of days as they try their best to regain a bit of share price momentum . Hope we get in on the act, some good news would be much appreciated after the last couple of days.

The announcement of the vaccine gave the MMs license to Hammer the hell out of the SP of every promising pharma development company whether a covid cure was their main aim or not .
Now that we are aware of all the facts , safety not known just for starters , the probability imo that this vaccine is not going to be the best one around is high .
Unfortunately A lot of investors from the likes of SAR , ODX , NCYT, SNG etc , etc who only recently invested as those shares spiked have had their fingers burned. As will some others that have battened down the hatches and kept their entire holdings throughout the carnage .
I would imagine quite a few long term holders here who are in very decent profit would have took some dosh out a number of times on the way down and probably have bought some back on the dips or are considering doing so.
Very hard to call it right . Fortunately for me I was able to unload a number of times , at nowhere near the highs over the past few days , but because just about all was profit ( benefits of being here for over a decade } I ended up a lot more than o.k. Bought a hefty batch back later as well at around the 1.3p price.
Fadec made a great call the other day implying in not so many words that he believed the SP had overheated .
The science is fantastic here and imo current holders are in a great position to benefit from it.
Balls of steel needed , beggars to multi baggers and back again. History has shown us that The AIM shows no mercy at all.

They also breed mink for fur in other countries including China no surprise there , Holland and Poland .Estimates differ between 50 to 60 million furs per year worldwide.

Imo a buyout would be the best outcome simply because on any collaboration or licensing deal for me anyway it would be hard to exit at the right time. With the MMs strutting their stuff not many of us would exit at the top. We probably would have to take about 75% of what our holding was worth.
All I know is that 10p a share would be a life changer for my kids . A buyout before xmas ?. Don't think so , but a licensing deal or some sort of collaboration . Yes the probability is high.

I think you were right on the mark with your post regarding that China new all about Covid in October / November last year.
It has been reported that 5 China pharma companies are in the final stages of the process of developing a vaccine for Covid. We know that in certain regions he Chinese are using their population as Guinea pigs to test the vaccine before it has passed the final stage of clinical trials. Any student who can prove they are going to study abroad has an opportunity of having the vaccine prior to them leaving the country.
Hard to say without a specific mention but it may be that Sareums compounds could be evaluated within this research study collaboration.
A lot of grey areas because only snippets of information in the public domain so at the moment very hard to get a specific handle on things. News has to break soon though. You never know , we might be on the wrong track the unnamed China company may be looking at a cure for blood cancers rather than covid.
It's in a combo for treating covid for me.

Didn't we get it back because Humec couldn't solve the formulation issues .
As it stands the £0.9M development payment will be paid if certain milestones related to the oral biovailability of the compounds are achieved within 9 months from the date of the agreement. Should Sareum receive the £0.9M they will assign certain patents to the licensee. Non payment and Sareum can terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
Under the terms of the agreement Sareum will receive revenues from the commercialisation of the products by the licensee outside of china . In addition they will receive revenues from commercialisation should the compounds be on licensed to a third party. Sareum will be entitled to receive a future milestone payment in the event that an investigational new drug or equivilant is made in china or any other country.
So fellow Sareumites if the company from china are developing a covid vaccine which includes our compounds and it is a goer then we will be in for some very big wonga indeed . Pounds not pennies.
I put up a post about the possibility of Link pharma solutions opening up other avenues for Sareum a few days ago and it was taken off . Not sure why....

How did Gilead manage to get that mega billion dollar contract for remdesivir ?.
Known bad side affects for years and recent trials show that it makes little difference if any.
Imo a plate of Desperate Dan's Cow Pie would be just as beneficial.
The poor sufferers that will be taking remdesivir + imo will be getting a poor deal.
Just my own thoughts.

Within these type of reports it is standard procedure that the company are obligated under the heading of risk factors to highlight the worse possible possible scenario that relate to all aspects concerning the companies business providing investors with the appropriate information.
If they can't manage to attract a suitable partner or as Tim stated take it they intend to take forward themselves then no doubt we would be delighted to get it back along with all the data from the completed combo trials.
My take is that positive news will break soon , Sierra wouldn't want to relinquish their rights to it for nothing that's a cert.

Been here well over a decade . SAR has been my most successful AIM share by a country mile.
Any decent piece of news will propel the SP to new highs.
Have more than a bit of shrapnel available if the mischief makers drop the SP here much further.
Be nice if a few shorters get stuck in and then the 737 milestones are announced ,
