I have seen some highly relevant facts which served as a very good reminder for me today in particular the post in relation to COBRA ACS

Remember COBRA ACS validated the proprietary technology and have an extensive track record of successfully delivering projects in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

ACS is ultimately a leading player in infrastructure player with annual revenues at €34.898 billion and 12bn valuation , honestly they would not really involve and validate with their reputation the technology at play and form a strategic alliance with EQTEC unless the business and project itself had real world application, potential and huge rewards.

I am pretty sure many companies will be seeking relationships and agreements with EQT due to this strategic alliance with ACS and I expect these will start now to come into fruition with one of the best turnaround specialists Black Toro officially involved as well.

Well really the important update will be the one in respect of management and how moving forwards we will achieve growth objectives .

Yes topaimer, management board change is a material bit of news here - no doubt that this re rates us further - brings further huge confidence for old and new investors which was damaged by bercheva (who have thankfully gone now) in a steady re-rate phase now since they left and I’m looking at 4p pre Bercheva level critical that we have a strong update re management and they present the growth optimisation plans as per last rns.

Looks like we may be about to go again , management update rns is imminent could be tomorrow but I think more likely it will be some time next week.

DYOR - but Luther loves this share for multi-bagger and why I love it is because:

I am looking forward to seeing plans on growth from management

As a technical point, as some our researchers on here have pointed out rightly in my opinion, and as you will be aware origen capital have held since inception and as a result the ebioss holding has now fallen to the 30% range. Ebioss would technically buy in the open market in my opinion if they want control over black toro plans moving forward.

Regardless, I see this as undervalued on potential and it is a share that historically makes big moves in sp - I always loved this business as an idea and potential and held shares in the React Energy days, I feel our time is finally coming here now.

“at various levels of advancement” suggest to me that we may be very close to completing on a few projects now and the contract values speak for themselves. Btc said they want to turn this around in the “shortest” time so they are not messing about. We also know that management updates are imminent from the last rns , I can’t help but feel btc are really pulling strings here behind the scenes now.
