Please be very aware that if you do not contact your nominee ie iii or Halifax or barc etc that they will use your vote and will probably cast your vote against your wishes. Only those that have a certificate are safe in the knowledge that their vote remains with them. This is very important. Barks are his colleagues own at least 50% so they are relying on gaining only half the remaining shares
Agreed, some clarification is needed.
Cheers Barksey, looks like he is shafting the very people that have supported him... What a pot
A glimmer of light here
All looking very good IMO
Yep...unfortunately if de toilet are involved I would think so. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been involved for sometime before this news.
I think that is what they are warning about... it will go into admin and then amazingly get sorted in Admin but without the shareholders involvement afterwards
The logic is good. I sincerely hope that is right. No more than you do as I realise you are holding a considerable amount here. So I wish you good luck.
Yes, let's hope so... No clues
Calm before the storm
We have a consolation 10% rise on live prices for today...be gone tomorrow
Whilst Don is selling his !M shares... I had thought that it was indicated that he would still want to buy them back ? They are also going through some sort of financial restructuring of debts... Than doesn't help but once that is sorted along with what you mention then I can see the tide turning. Maybe perhaps who knows
Can you post the chart please
I am in and holding. As you say it is speculative.... if it comes off then great.
Surge in SP has finished then ?
Excuse my ignorance , but if they did admin. Could it not be already set up as a pre pack ? Such that they could write off even further monies and take it on with a clean slate ?? Or does it not work like that ?
I am with you on that and too have a purchase sitting at 4p. Too much loss now to cut and run, so will sit tight and hope sentiment returns. Whilst the SP looks attractive at the moment for a purchase to average down,I am reluctant to do so. Need to news that is positive that keeps this in an upward trend. I 'd rather be buying at 2-3p with the knowledge that we are in a change period than at this price with continual drops in the SP.
