Once the placing price is known this will take off .. Let's say it's a 12p placing, 9/10 times the sp always drops around the placing price on any stock Because people are miffed that the buyer bought stock for cheaper than they could buy it on the open market, so let's say 7am RNS next week and it drops -20% on the open bell ..it wont take long for the clever folk to Hoover up all the cheap shares and this will rocket.
