Sorry I can see this bouncing between low 20p and low 30p for a while yet. Lots of people making lots of money. Annoyingly I bought back into KGF too early as its down again today although it seems to have bottomed out... Hopefully ill be holding Sirius again soon. Its a great project and I have full confidence in SXX. Having family in Scarborough I saw the HQ setup they have there and was impressed but its always going to be a bumpy ride upwards, that is the game we play here :)

I think you'll be waiting for a while. If you haven't bought in already I'd do so quickly, that chart today looks bottomed out. The SP will recover. Just the big boys making some big bucks. Annoyingly I short sold and bought back in last night, wish I had waited a day. As a tradesperson who uses Screwfix and see's how busy the stores are I have no worries. If B&Q and Homebase are failing its only because Kingfisher is tempting its own buyers into Screwfix instead. It was only a slump in profits, they are still turning a big profit :) Don't sit on the fence too long.

It's funny. Whenever I pop on here (usually only for a read) this thread is on the go 24/7. Same with other threads. Even those mining companies that are delisted have moderate chat going on. Meanwhile I bought into Kingfisher today after they led the FTSE 100 fallers and the thread is dead. It's a huge multinational company. One could assume there are millions of PI's yet nobody is vocal. Very strange. Mine was the first post since August lol. Anyhow. GLA I'm still holding back for this SP to drop before I buy back in. Hopefully make a bit of money on t'other in the meantime. Funny how different these threads can be.

Well I've sold my holding for a tidy profit after buying in at 25. I expect she will recover but happy with my few grand. It seems too good to be true imo to be rising so quickly so I'll sit back and wait for a dip back. No doubt the bankers will still want to up their holding. GLA whatever your position. Hold or sell if you're feeling frisky I say.

Wow I haven't touched base for a few weeks. Good to see some old faces. I'm sure Apple-bees is still around. There is no way we are going to see 5p a share surely? I'm say on over 4 million myself!!! That would be life changing. I have written this off financially but always kept a glimmer of hope. I may find the directors and kiss them myself if they sort us all out... but I won't go shopping for a new house anytime soon lol GLA - Great to see some progress

Oh hello everybody, I thought you had all gone into hibernation! Looks like I am not the only one with high spirits. I emailed Ben a few weeks back and didn't get a response, I actually wanted to know how to buy up some more shares as I had a gut feeling. Today I just thought I would check up on things on here and see life in the thread. Fingers crossed for a resolution and re-listing. We can but hope..

Are all of these posters popping up since this has been frozen? Getting abuse from people I have never seen post here, and clearly haven't been able to buy in. I stand by my point, I have already put in my vote. What happens happens :)

Yes he also replied to all of my enquiries. Its very easy to say the BOD all want to shaft us when it all goes wrong but this is not the case. Of course they will instinctively come before us share holder's but at the end of the day they get nothing out of shafting us. The statement 'we want to bring back money to share holders' is absolutely true because yes it benefits us but it benefits them more ;-) I'm trusting the bod. Not that they give a **** about me, but that they wish to secure their salaries until retirement and have a company up and running that will pay them a healthy pension. My opinion is that voting against will shaft us more than to vote for...

Apples what way are you inclined to vote? Agreed lots of down talkers here... only makes me wonder if they want everyone to sell in a panic post EGM so they can buy and hold :)

Is the only poster I would take the advise from out of the current bunch. Well stated and factual. Most investors will be looking to de-list with a long term plan to re-list under a new name. Do you really see us recovering from 0.2p to any dizzy heights? We have the same assets, the same opportunities just an AIM listing that is not taken seriously and a spread that is putting off new investment. I've mentally written this off with the plan to re-coup my money by other means. I'll most likely vote in favour of de-listing as although I came into this for a quick profit (via a spike on chinese news) I would rather wait 5 years on a chance of a decent wedge than sell up at 30% or less of my investment... and I have a pretty healthy average unlike many. My personal advice would be to vote in favour of de-listing and putting these in a drawer somewhere in the hope that the BOD will build up a huge hype about a new company, get some decent investment and we are listed on AIM at 10p ;-) or who knows we may even be bought out. Stay lucky and stay healthy everyone

Avro, Not abusing anyone, simply stating I am suspicious of your motives. Completely agree with what you have said. The first decent comment in a while and along the lines I was thinking. Open question. Does any body have a list of the II's as currently travelling? I will then start sending off some emails. Its very easy to be bitter right now but this is our baby and we need to unite, work together and stop only relying on the BOD then getting the hump when they put their own interests over our own.

Right guys it seens the usual posters are either sobbing in the corner or being drowned out by Avro and his mates. This is not a complete loss so lets nip that in the bud. As Crazy said we are still awaiting a resolution on the court investigation which should almost certainly clear Sables name. As of the EGM we have 3 choices: 1. Vote to de-list and re-brand under a new private company. Our shares and stake will be matched over to the new company. We will take a new direction as opposed to focus on mining. New name, fresh start, a freeze on any trading realistically but I would assume the board would intend to float back on AIM in the future and probably at a much higher SP than we are at now. Basically re-build, sell ourselves (which seems to be what Groves and clan are good at) and then what happend then isn't relevant imo. 2. Vote no and remain as SBLM. We would require a NOMAD which I cannot see as being a problem while we have cash in the bank. I read elsewhere that these costs burn around £250k a year so I do see some logic in the idea to de-list but it is mainly down to the fact the bod can sell a new business model far easier than they can regain trust in this SP. 3. Sell up like a mad man and trash the SP even more once trading begins again sometime post EGM. You would literally have to be mad to do this regardless of which way the vote goes imo. Hang on tight. My instinct is to vote no based on the unknown and risk of being screwed once we leave AIM. But then how secure is AIM realistically? And do you really see an SP recovering from 0.2p to 10p? The more I think about it the more I tell myself to treat this is a total loss, but go the private model route where in 5 years time the bod can praise this 'new' investment company thats going to be highly successful and throw us back on AIM again at 10p, no different to the whacky valuation of SBLM at highs of 30p with NOTHING MORE than a plan. Stay positive and take a think. Vote strategically and not out of spite. Certainly do not take advice from Avro and co who just hanging around here justify the dodgyness around his motives.

I have just had this back which answers a few questions. 'If you currently hold share certificates these will still be valid post cancellation. If you hold your shares through a bank/custodian you should contact them for details (the bank/custodian will get a new share certificate post cancellation). So you will remain a shareholder in the company post any delisting.  The company is also looking to establish a matched bargain facility so there will still be a mmechanism to trade the shares, albeit this will probably be less efficient than the AIM listing. If the shareholders reject the proposals then Sable will remain listed and will seek to find another NOMAD so that the shares can start trading again.  So the assets will remain and the board will seek to use the cash to acquire other assets more likely to provide a near-term return while the existing assets require a recovery in commodity prices to achieve their full potential. The delisting will at the same time save the company money.' It would appear the new company investment format will continue in its new direction regardless (pending a NOMAD if de-listing is not agreed) so perhaps all of the hype from screennames I do not recognise from this board is just BS? :)

Have we though? From researching going private would mean being bought out by the company in exchange for new stock which we cannot trade. No doubt at a poor price also. But lets say we are offered 0.1p per share as an example. But once in at 'x' stake it 5 years down the like the company is floated at 20p on AIM (look how high SBLM started) are you not going to be financially better off? I see some logic in the board screwing us but thats only short term as that pot of cash will run out. It makes far more sense to re-invent and attract new and fresh investment to ensure the salary keeps on coming surely?

Also. What is the format if a NOMAD is not appointed? There must be a process in place if no NOMAD comes forward and the vote does not agree to reformat as a new private company etc... Does anybody know what then happens then?
