Yes Rock I remember that too around 68 ? my local Midland Bank Manager had a few and bought a detached house out of the profits ! A customer of our Bank, a certain Lady who I had better not name l at our Tewkesbury branch had 10000 Posiedon shares and sold them at £80 each ! £800,000 now is a fortune but as we know then back in the late 60 an absolute fortune and she was totally peed off and miserable as hell because they later went onto to rise to £140 a share so she maintained she lost £600,000 rather than gained £800K you cant please them all ! ! ha cheers

Hi Confounded-talking of multi-baggers, Rocklawn sounds like he is in my age group so he might recall too ? a company called Greenvale Mining in Australia back around 1971. I sold most at a penny but kept 1000 back and they then went from 1p onto £3.50 a share !!! still have the contract note somewhere, then you could have bought a house for that money for just a £10 investment ! so dreams do happen but sadly not often enough .
