As at today 391.987 million in issue x 3% =11.759 million holding
As from the 4th March with the extra 8.573 Million being issued takes the issue to 400.560 million x 3% = 12.016 million and above to declare. Cheers

No Director sells here as far as I know but Scott has just sold 1.7 million of RRR as notified today so maybe he will put that into Corcel ?
