Ps.More likely off-book trades from one party to another which would also tally with them being so late reported which is normal with such transactions.

Many large trades are either shares moving from one person to another off- book at an agreed price or even block trades involving someone moving shares internally from one account to another. These are normally shown as a sell and a buy at the same time and at the same price.
