Source for the "Complex Deal" Theory (kindly supplied to me by another investor)
In their March 26, 2026, Annual Report, Helix noted they raised an additional £2.2 million specifically to provide "working capital headroom while negotiating offtake agreements."
Possible interpretation : If Helix were just selling "standard" helium, they could have signed a contract months ago. The fact that they raised extra cash specifically to buy time for negotiations suggests they are holding out for a deal that reflects the mantle-signature premium (Helium-3 and Hydrogen potential) rather than just the spot price of Helium-4.
