Bo referenced a JV yesterday. That wasn’t just random in my opinion.

The reason Bo couldn’t give more information on new drills was probably because it’s currently being agreed in a Joint Venture and is yet to be finalised. He couldn’t just make something up.

“Bringing everything in-house…” was an interesting statement today by Bo.

“He also mentioned the difficulty of finding suitable drill-rigs and available drill teams. Who knows, he may also be slightly annoyed at the team who snapped the string 3 months ago. Was that avoidable?

He referenced JV’s.

Bring the above together, and what do you get? It seems odds on to me that they are looking at a JV with a big boy who will step in to part-finance, and organise the drilling, and selling. That could be what he meant by “bringing it all in-house and “having control of our own destiny”. Not so much relying on 3rd parties but rather relying on themselves and a joint venture partner.

If I’m right, the question asked today of “how many holes will be drilled this year” was understandably not answered fully by Bo as he probably knows it will depend on the exact terms of the JV which would be confidential with the JV still being agreed. The same would apply to financing which could explain why he side stepped this part of the question.

All speculation on my part but I’m a great believer in reading between the lines and joining the dots…”

I’m not sure why you’re so obsessed with the broken drill string at Inez. You go on and on about it.

They probably did try to retrieve it after it snapped but forever reason they couldn’t. They may have needed specialist grabbing equipment which they now have got. Anyway…fingers crossed they can now yank or jig it out.

There is always a danger of over- thinking these things.

All good in my opinion. Revenue now churning in and options for Bo in 3 months time.

In their March 26, 2026, Annual Report, Helix noted they raised an additional £2.2 million specifically to provide "working capital headroom while negotiating offtake agreements." This demonstrates they knew the off-take agreements were likely to be complex & time consuming with a realisation, things could be quiet and put on hold until concluded. This ‘hold’ probably now includes Inez pending off-take finalisation which may also include a cash injection to sort and finalise Inez and drill further wells.

I think Inez string recovery has been stalled because Bo is in discussions with either a big company with deep development pockets or the US Government who would equally bank-roll development and Inez recovery costs.

As someone else mentioned, it could be copy-cat buying. I know I nabbed a few when I saw it moving.

If Rudyard produces green hydrogen, it becomes strategically important for US security and they’ll probably build a military base on it. Self generating power forever. The share price would be silly multiples of today.

Yep. Charles Archer knows his stuff and his opinion that an early take-over is likely, accords with many on here. Not just because of the valuable US helium in this market but also the incredible potential of hydrogen and Helium 3.

Punter- Fair points and it’s good to see you keeping the conversation civil.

Punter- I’m no helium trailer expert but agree that purity tests would be taken by Helix when or just after the trailer is filled but this doesn’t mean Helix couldn’t then drive the trailer to a few interested off-takers and federal test centres who would also take samples to verify purity and in the case of federal labs, test for Helium 3. No one is suggesting a road-show carnival type trip with balloons and music playing.

Helium tube trailers can be used to provide samples to potential offtakers, and this is a common procedure for verifying product quality. Samples are usually drawn from the trailer's manifold or dedicated sampling points.

I doubt the CFO would have given JC info that others aren’t privy to. If he did speak to him it I imagine it was just vague platitudes although it would be good if he was upbeat and positive.

I’m hoping things are going well at Rudyard. I remember someone telling me that plants can take months to properly fine tune/calibrate particularly if fed from multiple wells. I also think samples have probably been sent to a federal testing unit to gauge our Helium 3 content. This can take 6 weeks.

Complex joints ventures and other corporate action could also be delaying news. Who knows? Many plates spinning no doubt.

Just relax and let things play out.

My instincts tell me we’re at the bottom of the current cycle so like many others i’ve been buying today.
