Although the EIS is not approved in its own right, the Department of Mineral Resources will report to ExCo on the completion of the consultation process within the next month. The EIS will then be one of the key supporting documents when ExCo consider whether to approve a development and production consent application for the project. The timing of this next step relies on Navitas and Rockhopper.

I have already seen that.

I have communicated with the company and their comments are that the original plan was to do things independently between the 2 projects.

Therefore, the relevance of Shenandoah in the Gulf of Mexico being delayed has no effect on the Sea Lion project hitting a brick wall with the finance. Anybody saying anything different it's just their opinion, speculation or pure lies.

That has never been commented by Navitas they may other options to fund the project.

Just a little bit more patience required even if there is a delay.I've being in since 2010 and added and traded a little bit along the way. I now hold 821,000 with a little bit of luck will enjoy my early retirement 👍

It is a possibility financing can't be secured without the EIS which is delayed due to Navitas & FIG in discussions to get it over the line .
