The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
3.0499 was a buy, gone to isa however as should we strike a good deposits its a better parking space!
This share has great potential, having been to Ghanzi and crossed the kalahari with some bushmen, mainly savanah with a few cattle! GLA on to hold.
Sammy,
What important to each investor is that they take the risks, bearing in mind some may have paid a few pence for them, which shrinks the costs considerably, yes for sure some Sp growth would be great. Over the years its the little mining stock in particuliar that end up paying well however some take a while, others dont make it, so I hope you have a suitable mix, GLA
As mentioned in the BB management are visiting potential investment companies and suddenly the shares drop from the 19 to 15’s and it’s also mention the BOD won’t make offers for intuitional investors.
So it his isn’t a buying opportunity with improved product prices what is, by chance it’s similar to the 17’s when Orion bought in and given their exposure they certainly did due diligence, so the base price before the vanadium market improvement was let’s say 16-17!
So has this been deliberately managed?
Libero,
Good morning, no offense meant yesterday ref repetative data, on the back of pdub's reply, as a lth, its good that you are alerting potential new investors, I will be the first to admit that after all the progress over the past 2 years our SP should be nearer 25-30, on that basis alone any new investor buying in at the 18's has a shorter wait period to make a very reasonable gain.
and thus should be encouraged by us all.
Oblix, had to pay a few micro pennies more as I had to transfer funds so I had to but after you, however I think there is serious longer term potential here, and after all we are still very close to the last fund raising of 9p.

Morning, Libero, any chance of posting shorter tests that relate to a pertinent point like the others pdub, Alfacomp, sanchez do. New news is good endless repletion is not required
The bulk of your contents is your own opinion regarding how cheap it is and buy now they have little ADDED value seems the record player has got stuck in a groove.
For example: - Ridiculously low market valuation at present vs any analysis of Fair Value. Let’s not forget annualised production has already increased almost 40% since the start of the year, and is due to increase so much more over the next year. On this basis alone, ignoring all the exciting non-mining/Green operations, we should be at 35-40p already.

I find it usefull that we have a cross holding olny 10 million or so left?, anyone know what the funds a for seem our pot for drilling is sufficient?
Desert star does your name relate to the kalahari region, I know the area well, as you guessed the other day.
Largo is interesting, i failed to buy in as have BMN, it has crossed my mind Jan could be of interest to others, has no debt, new listing for raising capital, 19 tons of V at $4kg cost, I cant imagine they dont have as marked as interesting.
I can't imagine Oblix 70p though, however I am accumlating .
Largo production cast aprox $4 kg, (19 tons for existing mine life) no debts one of the reasons for pending new listing is to raise funding though they have 2 other projects, YES they could easily buy us for almost loose change, current price plus a premium in a hostile bid. Say 30p + ?
Question is would they want to? a bonus would be associated companies.
However there are other vanadium deposits elsewhere that may be more appealing be it in a new exploration or an existing un developed.
Australian vanadium needs approx. $350m to develop, ?
From memory,
Largo has a much lower production cost, a 6 year mine life, I think now debt free and for every kilo produced are banking the cash, targeting a new exchange listing and I guess will be on the acquisition trail as one of the purposes of the new exchange is for the ability to raise capital, and a polished web site.
Our BMN has very considerable deposits, with a much higher production cost so we need the higher vanadium prices more, we have the long term holding, a more integrated sister business, the potential is there but we are not a Largo cash machine, so why continue to compare. (I nearly bought in but only didn’t due to deposits and life cycle, sticking to BMN.)
I wish we had a more proactive team on the media and listing aspects, ours can make good deals, we have the product now we need time however the SP fails to deliver after the deals over the past 2 years, it will in time.
When one looks at largo website, and some of the other small miners, they obviously spend time on their websites, many are dual listed with one of the canadian exchanges ( as mining is a main interest), we have the longer term future for sure, given deposits.
We make great deals but the SP languishes, Largo cost are less but deposit has maybe 6 years left, at this rate they could but us for loose change, however they may stay in south America, have a look a JAN.L again with a large canadian shareholder.
We would only gain by getting a canaadian listing probably a better bet then the JSE maybe saga.
