Does it make any difference to valuation here as Technology Minerals only owns 49% of Recyclus Group ?

Lets hope the rise continues. Always seems to be held back for one reason or another, newspaper articles, shorting etc. I have been here for a long while now ex Party Gaming holder ex Ladbrokes holder and of course GVC holder .I intend to stay for the end game too regards luckystockpicker.

Is anybody here still waiting payment who accepted the takeover offer from Spectre for Bonmarche . Also if anyone has been paid could you give me an approx. date thank you.

Bwin Party was taken over by GVC on 1st Feb 16 for 1.1 billion so some value has been extracted from this deal so far. As to where the value of the Ladbrokes Coral deal has gone we will have to wait and see. I guess we just need this whole sector to get a re rating .Maybe when the USA starts to fully open this will help too.

The market cap here now is £3.4b .GVC own Party Gaming which was valued at £6.5b in 2005 when it was high flying in the ftse 100.It also owns now ladbroke/coral.Ladbroke was valued at £2.1b in 2013 this value was not including Coral as that deal had not been completed then,so without Coral this is £8.6b.So is there a lot of hidden value here ? Also has anyone heard anymore about the Adult Gaming Centers or seen what one looks like ? Maybe we just need the sector to come back in favour.

The CMA has set a deadline of February 21 for comments, with a decision expected to be made on April 6.I see the scheme of arrangement date for the merger is 29/03/17 between GVC Ladbrokes/Coral do they not have to wait for the CMA to be completed ?

Ladbrokes/Coral there was more shares brought yesterday than sold 2043 trades Vol. Sold 1,654,471 Vol. Bought 3,069,276 can anybody please explain this as I would of thought if more were brought than sold the share price would go up thank you.

The three largest shareholdings in Ladbrokes/Coral were created by the merger of the two companies,these were issued to Coral Investers. Apollo Global Management, LLC 185,409,503 Anchorage Capital Group, LLC 153,444,074 PROMONTORIA HOLDING 156 B.V. 131,554,318

ex dividend date was 7/4/16 to be paid on 17/5/16 14.05 p

I think a few years ago Ladbrokes did do financial betting as I think I used this service they had.Not rearly sure why they stopped I guess it was not profitable for them.

how did Ladbrokes make operating profits of 227 million in 2012 and this figure has gone steadly downhill since then ?

When the offer was first mentioned i thought about £6 but on seeing the share price now i would guess around this level £6.50 or a little more maybe up to £7.Does anyone have any idea when the offer may come out ?

I dont get it either i expected a few pence rise as it is fairly near the year low ! if shuthefrontdoor had of won maybe a few pence down,any way keeping my fingers crossed as i am a very long time holder.
