SP not looking good over at RBD but looks good here.
This is where the big gains are going to be . imo

Yes correct RBD / Rathlin fully funded for the next 2 wells plus testing.
We will have to raise funds to pay for our share along with Humber.
I just wish we could get it over and done with so can move forward.
Anyway both wells to be drilled next year so a bit of time yet.

RBD deal not finalised /approved till 29th Oct.
So a bit of waiting till they have their funds sorted.

The Placing Price represents an 12.2 per cent. discount to the mid-market closing price of 1.025 pence on the 8 October 2019, being the last practicable closing price prior to the announcement of the Placing.

A circular (the "Circular"), containing a notice convening the General Meeting, is expected to be despatched to shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") on or about 10 October 2019, outlining terms of the Placing, the Resolutions and recommending all Shareholders to vote in favour of all the Resolutions. Thereafter, the Circular will be available on the Company's website at www.reabold.com.

Will hold things up as they still have to have a meeting on the 28th October to approve the deal/ placing price.
Dont expect to see much happening at west newton now till Q1 next year . (hope i am wrong)

Sell was from last week

So RBD are having their presentation to brokers on Tuesday Evening.
So i expect an RNS on Wednesday outlining their placing /deal details..
Could have a significant effect on our SP as well.
With Wessel appeal decision due next month it could certainly be a game changer for us.
The next 2 Months are going to be very exciting thats for sure.

So he mentions that we could be a 10 bagger from here.
Thats a big statement to make.

0.85 was a fig that was mentioned on here on friday which got my attention.
Could just have been someone trying to scare us into selling .
Anyway anything above 1.1p and i am happy.

If the placing is at 1.15 i will be happy enough with that.
