It has been said on here already that the placing price will be 1.15 which i doubt.
I think that it will be discounted to around .85 due to the large amount of funds that we need to raise.
Hope i am wrong as i will be back to where i started a year ago.
I am sure that S &S stated somewhere that they would only raise funds above any previous placing price and the last one was 1.1p

I think what most on here want to know the placing price and how many new shares will be issued.
Wednesday morning is my guess for an RNS with an update.

I presume Frazer lang sold out all his holding here by now as he will also have to pay for his share of the next 2 wells at West Newton.
He could have been also selling out over the last few weeks to get some funds.
I feel we will get an interesting RNS next week .
Whatever the outcome i feel certain that we will be drilling 2 more wells pretty quick.

Correct in saying we are fully funded but only for current program.
If the operator Rathlin decide that they are going to drill 2 More wells at West Newton then UJO and Humber will have to pay their share off the commitment to Drill
We do not have enough money to pay without a fund raise. imo

If RBD say they need the money for drilling 2 more wells at West Newton then we will have to pay our share as well.

They are probrably going to do a placing to raise their share of the well testing costs
