Gaining planning approval has got to add value to this company. Department of Energy and Climate Change approval should just be a formality. I personally think that the planning approval was a major issue and without it i would understand the price drop.

If anyone was at the meeting and know the answer then they would be in a good position to top up or sell before the RNS is released.
