Tuggy Well said. I am of the same opinion myself and believe that they will easily get n extension as it is also in the FIG interest. With the price of oil pridected to be higher than it is now when we drill this will be a blessing in disguise.

Terminated ER contract

Only RKH and PMO can serve notice to Rig owner as they are the ones who have the rig under contract at this moment in time. Noble have not contracted the rig and that is why they have not served a notice. However Noble might not take over operatorship when the time comes if there is still an issue with the BOP. It is not looking good to drill Rhea in this campaign.imo
