People like you are a disease who makes your mind up without even investigating the facts , I must admit I have met more moronic tenants than I have landlords. But I can spot a chancer from a mile away these days. I always tell them I have landlord insurance over the phone & not afraid to pursue bad debt or damage to my properties I normally never hear from them again.
