Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
That’s normal especially for LSE as it’s a large spread. Most of today and back end of yesterday are buys, hence the ask has moved up. Just need more liquidity to gain upward momentum, some more positive news feed should suffice.
Here’s a thought, if so many recent posters are looking for a way out at a higher SP then why not focus on chat relating to RHA and possible production / income. There are thousands of potential investors looking at penny stocks every day and some are new to the game just like us years ago looking for a punt for a grand or 2. They may be 55 plus with access to pension money for the first time - this forum like many on LSE is go to place for building a picture to invest , I am sure a lot of posters agree there. I understand the likes of Smilemore rubbed some folk up the wrong way but at least he attracted new money and created liquidity which is good for us. My opinion is folk need to calm down and stop ****ging the share off so much- it turns people off investing. You can’t get out unless someone else buys your shares at a higher price, and that usually happens when we get a run based on FOMO. I pop in every now and again mostly for any positive gossip, when I read some of the comments lately it saddens me no end. Most of the LTH I remember don’t come here anymore but still hold for the future. Healthy debate is great for the SP, buys will increase the SP then FOMO kicks in- simples. Probably get trolled now .......
Been quite “lucky” over the past few years mostly with Amazon and Netflix- right place right time. Bought into prem for RHA first time round purely based on fundamentals and the life of mine cycle. We were shipping to Noble at the time and it was exciting, sad to see us so low and sincerely hope we get back on track into production, I hold circa 17 million shares and haven’t sold or traded any. I new the risks of AIM and not whining about it unlike some- a balanced portfolio is the biggest open secret there is in stocks. I have lost some and gained some, all I will say to any potential investors to this stock don’t view it as a get rich quick multibag as some will lead you to believe, invest what you are comfortable with and don’t get bitter about it. Rant over lol
Back in March 2015 we went from 0.85 to over 3.0 in about 3 months due to a combination of positive news feeds and anticipation of a working mine. Here we are again in a very similar situation so I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see history repeat itself, when PREM shifts it shifts fast so hold on for the ride👍 GLA
Looks like our Zulu asset will be in demand for some time

Thanks smilemore, I have taken the plunge and averaged down to .20 over the years so I am super excited at the potential for 1.0 in the next 18 months or so. Many a successful investor has cited patience is the key with mining stocks.
It’s such a nice change to read the positive discussions lately, especially new posters including Smilemore. I personally hold circa 16 million and have been in since RHA was producing initially ( bought my first shares at 3.3 !! always believed in the potential for massive growth with prem and even more so now. To any new investors coming on board I seriously envy you for your entry price, just take on board the fundamentals and filter the bile spouted by a few with agendas. Thanks again for the recent updates from informed posters
That’s what I initially thought but having read the RNS more closely the ministry didn’t infer a date just the next cabinet meeting, it was prem that “understood “ it to be next week i.e tomorrow. Historically the cabinet meet every 2 weeks so we shall see what comes of tomorrow, if no meeting then assume next Tuesday is the regular meeting schedule. From last weeks RNS “Premier was advised on the 19 November 2019 by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development ("Ministry") that our proposal to resolve the equity status at RHA would be tabled for a decision at the Cabinet meeting of the Government of Zimbabwe that was held on 20 November 2018. Release of the minutes of this meeting made no reference to RHA's matter and we have been told subsequently, the matter had not been discussed. Premier now understands from the Ministry that the proposal will be presented in the next cabinet meeting, which we understand is scheduled for the early part of next week.”
My take on this is as far as the Circum shares are concerned it’s a good deal for anybody who holds previous Prem shares , myself included and new PIs buying in today. The fact is if anyone is looking to invest at these levels they are potentially looking at a sum of $10 -$30 plus split by however many shares in issue on the day the IPO of Newco happens. In my opinion we will suspend then during the process so you are either in or out on that deal. After the IPO the only shares you can buy will be the Newco ones. This alone is worth looking at going forward as it’s a very good punt for new investors and a way of unlocking “some” of LTH investment depending on you holding to date / average. It’s always been risk verses reward with PREM as it is with most AIM shares so you really have to do your research and make a call on in or out. Me, personally I only have 4 million at a very low average now compared to when I first invested at 3.3 ( don’t laugh!) but back then as may LTH will remember we had RHA commencing first few shipment to NOBLE and all was very rosy so my decision to invest on the fundamentals of the day were good. Things change and you need to re-evaluate as you go. Good luck for all over the next few days weeks as I do feel we may have light at the end of the tunnel
Any LTH recognise this from an old RNS. Can’t wait for RHA to get back to full production. Holding long and strong !!!! George Roach, CEO, commented: "Further to the Company's announcements of 8 July and 25 August 2015, I am pleased to report that the RHA process plant is now in steady state operation and is achieving a throughput 25% higher than initial design expectations. Optimisation of the recovery circuits is underway and is expected to be completed following upgrading of certain material circulating pumps.
These trades are not being reported correctly, I bought £6600 and £2400 and both reported sells. There were approx 20 trades including a chunky trade all the same price reported sells at the same time either side of mine. If you buy on HL sometimes you get a discount which will then drop the buy price below market price and it is then definitely reported as a sell.
More links for research, apologies to any long term holders ( you know who you are) for re-hashing old news but some new investors may find these useful. Any other posters please post links if you have them, it gives any new guys and girls an opportunity to research over the weekend before possibly investing tomorrow.
