Not sure I agree with that though unicorn, for one thing TF are on record saying they have 30x the business than their funding can sustain.
In my mind it's more likely the going concern issue which is resolved by the acquisition and the negma deal, both things being unexpected but needed down to delays in producing our own revenue, due to the goal post being moved by the sole funder.
Obviously big synergies between tf and syme but I feel the overall captive bank and quadrivio 4.0 fund is the reason tf came into the fold from their perspective.
So it's win win for both parties and Its short term pain long term gain (I hope) for us investors.

Once they've gone a steady rise will rebuild investors confidence driving further rises.

You should of just stopped at I don't get this company.

Maybe do some research on inventory and days held and how that money tied up slows down a process that could otherwise be expanding and far more efficient.

There are many types of financing options all over the world making billions by helping provide cash liquidity.
Symes aim it to provide working capital in an area that's almost unserved. Its got nothing to do with a company being in trouble .

Giving it "strong sell" gets your opinion automatically discounted but talking about a sector you clearly don't understand and still offering your opinion is embarrassing

I think most here made the decision to stay or go some time ago.
Nobody really cares what you did with your holding or when.

I'm not a trader so time in the market is more important to me, not chasing the "money to be made elsewhere" philosophy.

In knowing this behaviour is rife across all platforms.

There's always people trying to convince others to sell so they can pick up shares cheap or some other sinister reason. Equally there's always those looking to ramp it up so they can offload.

For those who aren't invested anywhere else just take a look around other boards. Right now ARB is a prime example. Every man and his dog trying to put fear into noobs so they can profit from someone else's gullibility.

So take comfort in knowing we are not special, its all over the place. You can go through life surrounded by nice decent folks without ever meeting a true despicable character, but this is the Internet and its full of them.

Never really liked comparisons be it miners or pharma or anything else but I do like Brad, I thinks hes a straight talking no nonsense kind of ceo and I would rather that than someone BSing it up to prepare for the next placing.

I think they are doing all the right things to sustain company growth and shareholder value.
Just a case of time in the market.
